The room given because of online booking, located at the back, not comfortable, musty smell, dim lights, asked to move rooms but was not given even though there were many empty rooms

this is my 2nd experience at the nelvi inn, when I checked-in I got a new room, it was located at the back, small, I didn't use TV☹️, I was disappointed, I asked to move to a more comfortable room, by adding 50 thousand room fees, I got Delux kmar , and unfortunately still can't watch TV because there is no broadcast, the service and hospitality are ok ..

The homestay is very satisfying. Clean rooms, clean bathrooms, friendly staff. We felt like staying at home alone. Last week we took 2 rooms, one suite and one deluxe. Really be a nice holiday.
