There are no towels, the floor of the room is made of planks and creaks when you walk, the walls of the room are made of plywood/gypsum so that the activities of people in the next room can be heard... The room booked does not match the one in the photo...

In my opinion, the service, comfort, and cleanliness were lacking. This may be because I booked at the last minute and checked in at 1 a.m. Hopefully, they can improve, especially in terms of dust and bathroom cleanliness.

this is my 2nd experience at the nelvi inn, when I checked-in I got a new room, it was located at the back, small, I didn't use TV☹️, I was disappointed, I asked to move to a more comfortable room, by adding 50 thousand room fees, I got Delux kmar , and unfortunately still can't watch TV because there is no broadcast, the service and hospitality are ok ..
