What was given did not match what was offered in the application. The bathroom was not clean.

Friendly service, fast check-in process. Initially I got a room on the 4th floor at night the A/C was hot, because it was already midnight so I just reported in the morning and was immediately directed to move rooms. Until the 3rd night everything went smoothly.

The place is quite clean, but there are no towels or mats 😔.

Thank God the hotel is very comfortable. Clean. The service is also okay, to be honest, the guard is really on guard, I left my wallet behind, Thank God I was informed, the location is near a place to eat, towels and mineral water are provided, there is soap too. Suitable for staycation for work / business matters.

The location is strategic. Lots of places to eat. Clean, good service. Responsive, friendly. Internet is ok. Water is given and towels and soap are provided. Can make a car park.

The water is dead, in the middle of the night it's very hot, can't take a shower. Critical.

It's comfortable for that price, but unfortunately I got a room where the smart tv didn't have the netflix app. So a bit less cool.

Strategic location, easy to find with grab, parking are available for cars or bikes. Receptionist was helpful, I asked for laundry and change the bedsheets because it was stinks, they proceed it right away. The room is kind of clean, but not soundproof, you can hear people knocking loudly and talkin in hallway. And the stairs kind of dirty, myb because lacking of staffs due the new year holiday. Its worth the price tho.

Everything is okay, all you have to do is just equip the toiletries.

The mattress is curved, no. there is drinking water in the room .., there is not bad hot water for bathing, wifi is ok .., thx.

The bathroom door was broken, and the room was very dirty. There is a writing that is prohibited from smoking but the room smells like cigarettes. The bathroom is dirty, not given mineral water, towels are only given.

Water does not flow in the bathroom all over the floor, from night until noon check-out. Our helmet was lost, the management was not responsible, CCTV error.
