The facilities in the room do not meet expectations. There is no reason for the TV channels to be broken. There is no mineral water in the room. There is no mat in the room.

Next time you go on holiday to Batu, stay here again

The staff is friendly and the location is close to everywhere, especially for culinary.

Recommended stay in Surabaya. Easy access to the shopping mall, ATM and convenient store only one minute walking. Check in 24 hours with a friendly receptionist. Certainly will stay here for my next Surabaya Trip.

Comfortable, clean, fragrant. The staff is friendly and not indifferent, the toilets are also clean. Maybe the closet could be given space for clothes hangers.

The bathroom is clean, there is a water heater, there are no amenities, yes, it's budget-friendly, there are no towels, it's budget-friendly, the TV can be on but the STB is confused to turn it on. There is an elevator access to the room floor, the best for those who want to stop by, btw I'm looking for work, so it's good to stay.

The hotel staff is very friendly, the room is clean and comfortable. I stayed for 4 days, for a very comfortable and quiet rest, close to the shopping center. There is a special kitchen for guests, it is quite good for cooking noodles and making coffee.

For a very cheap price, this hotel is highly recommended for its comfort. I even canceled a five-day hotel in Surabaya that was close to my seminar event just to move to this hotel because it was more comfortable 😊. The room was clean. There was hot water. It was very easy to find food, there were many stalls and places to eat on the right and left. The mattress and blanket were exactly like a blanket*lima. There was an elevator so you didn't have to go up and down the stairs. The Fibes was a cool hotel with a cheap price. The staff were also very friendly. The only downside now is that the AC is not cold enough in my opinion 😊 it can be fixed soon. There were small cockroaches, who knows where they came from 😊. Overall, this hotel is still a regular if I'm on business or just stopping by to sleep. Highly recommended with its price and comparable facilities! Thank you

The hotel staff is very friendly and still accepts even though it is past check-in time because the ship was late in docking and could only arrive at half past 9 pm, the room is as shown in the picture, children are charged 50 thousand / person, there is a lift so it is not difficult to lift suitcases. Murah Nyaman ' kamar luas'dekat dengan TP juga ' sesuai dengan Harganya ' tp ga nyesel '.

Mantap banget dengan harga segitu. Overall semuanya sesuai cuma kemarin pas hujan agak bocor jadi keset toilet nya basah. Puas banget sesuai budget.

The hotel is close to Pasar Turi Station, a bit into an alley, but only ± 15 meters. Across the hotel alley is the National Museum of Indonesia. For food, it's not too close, but if you want to walk a bit there are lots of stalls. For those who like to walk, this hotel is close to the 10 November Museum ±10 minutes, in the evening you can try walking to Tunjungan Plaza ±15-20 minutes while enjoying the night streets, there are lots of street food around Jalan Tunjungan, or to BG Junction also close. For the hotel itself, the facilities include air conditioning (cold 👍), hot water (working well), rooms are spacious and quite clean, prices are cheap, elevator (working), friendly service, in front of the hotel there is a small grocery store. Unfortunately there are no toiletries & towels provided, only a little soap. Overall satisfied staying here. 😊👍.

Does not match what is in the description. It said free check-in 120 minutes beforehand. Apparently it doesn't apply at the hotel location. Katro.
