it was a nice place but the timing for check in was too late at 1500 ..in malaysia time it was 4pm.. !! people came far away and would like to rest but they will charge u 250baht per hour for early check in.

The room was clean, the service was good, and the atmosphere was great. However, if you want to relax in peace, you won't be able to because it's right next to the pool. It's noisy from early morning. They should set a time to open the pool a little later in the morning. But overall, it's good.

There was just one problem: there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. I don't know where they came from. But everything else was good: the service, food, and rooms.

Here, the check-in time is 3:00 PM, which is a very long wait. Is this taking advantage of consumers? I've never seen a check-in time this late before. Before checking out, the housekeeper couldn't find the towel even though she told me where it was. She didn't want to find it and complained to the customer like this. Please train the housekeepers to clean.

The cons of this stay are: - No early check-in. I arrived at 12:30 PM. They just processed with check-in; however, I was not allowed to go into my room with the reason that the room was not ready yet. I have two kids. The infant is easily exhausted and wanted to sleep. Even my baby was already cranky, they just watched and wouldn’t let you enter your room. We have to wait exactly 3:00 PM to get our room key. - Staff with limited language. They just understand basic English. It's hard for them to speak English. Some of the staff can speak Malay fluently. Since you are working in the hotel industry, you are supposedly can speak and understand English well. - No extra card/key room. They won’t give an extra card because they don’t want the room to keep on turning on. - No high chair for baby. I was wondering why they don’t have a high chair for baby at the dining hall. So, the baby either needs to sit in the stroller or on their parent’s laps. The pros of this stay: I chose this stay because of the pool, halal foods, and spacious room. The breakfast is decent and just has a few choices only. I stayed for 3 nights, and the menu is just the same. They just change the main courses only. It's 20 minutes to the city and can get a Grab car easily. 7-Eleven is about 11 minutes walk (quite far for a family with a small kid). Has a few halal restaurants around the area. Free airport transfer.

Good location for vacation with family

Some of the food was cold and tough like it was served yesterday. I chose to stop because it was halal but was a little disappointed.

Nice place to stay. Been here 2 times.

ห้องพักสวยดี แต่โรงแรมควรจัดให้มีพนักงานฝ่าย Technician ช่วงค่ำ หากเกิดเหตุขัดข้อง/ฉุกเฉิน เพราะโทรให้มาดูประตูช่วงสี่ทุ่ม ทางฟร้อนแจ้งว่าไม่มีพนักงานแสตนบาย - ป้ายหน้าโรงแรมควรทำให้เด่น ชัดเจนมากกว่านี้ ขนาดรถแท็กซี่ รถตู้มารับ-ส่งยังมองไม่เห็นโรงแรม - เช็คอินรอนาน ทั้งๆที่ถึงโรงแรมบ่ายสามกว่า - เด็กเยอะ ไม่เหมาะกับคนที่ชอบความสงบ พักผ่อน - อาหารเช้ามีแต่เมนูไก่ๆ ตามราคา - ราคาปกติ ถ้าเทียบกับโรงแรมอื่นในหาดใหญ่ ถือว่าสูงกว่า ควรปรับปรุงการให้บริการ ถ้าจะยึดราคานี้ แต่นี้โชคดีจองช่วง Promotion ของ Traveloka

ทางโรงแรมก็เปิดห้องให้อยู่ในชั้นที่ 2 ซึ่งใกล้จากบันไดทางขึ้นมากๆทั้งๆที่ห้องที่อยู่ใกล้กับบันไดทางขึ้นก็ว่างอยู่เห็นๆแต่กลับไม่เปิดให้เราเข้าพัก แต่กลับเปิดห้องที่อยู่ไกลจากบันไดทางขึ้นมากๆ
