This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel/apartment that was really not worth it. First, in terms of price, it was very expensive, 950k, but we didn't get satisfactory facilities (our room was on the 9th floor of tower E) i The bedroom turned out to have a very small bed for us who were 4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 small children. The lights in the living room, bedroom, and bathroom were all dim, to the point that I bought a new lamp to temporarily replace it so that it was bright 😁 I didn't get towels and other amenities, the sofa was broken, the bathroom bucket was mossy, hot water could only be used for 1 person who took a shower first, the second person, etc. didn't get any hot water. Oh yeah, the funny thing is that in the middle of the night the electricity went out, and we contacted the apartment and they said the token had run out 😓😪, then the technician came, fixed it/filled the token again blah blah blah until almost half an hour the electricity came back on 😏 But luckily there was still a plus point from the AC being quite cold, and one stove was on, got 2 plates, 1 glass, spoon fork, a pan for noodles 🤣. And parking had to be paid 30k for those who stayed overnight. Sorry, in the future even though the price is cheap again, we will not stay here again. Thank you to the apartment for giving a very unreasonable price.

Kamarnya bagus, di lantai 17 tower E, cuman pas saya kesana wifi rusak ac kurang dingin dan air kamar mandi kadang kadang hitam, offer all good 👍🏻.

Gorden kotor, seprei jorok gak dicuci dan bau ruangannya tidak enak.

Kenapa beda banget ya sama di foto? Seprai sebelah terlihat kotor dan untungnya diganti yang baru. Yang sebelahn entah deh karena seprai item jadi ga kelihatan. AC dingin, bangku depan pun kotor seperti tidak terurus🙏🏼 kebersihannya mohon di tingkatkan ya.

The floor is sticky, the pillows have pictures of islands, the sofa is very dirty, the TV only has pictures of ants, there is no bathtub.

Pertama masuk unitnya bau rokok seantero ruangan, shower tidak berfungsi, bed roomnya jorok banget, spreinya bau apek dan yang paling horornya beberapa menit setelah kami check in lampu tiba-tiba mati semua. Ada nomor yang dikasih tapi orangnya hanya memandu dari jauh, akhirnya harus turun ke petugasnya karena masnya ga punya HP, padahal kondisi kita sat itu udah ngantuk dan capek banget (check ini sekitar jam 3an pagi kalau gak salah. Ending nya petugasnya bantuin tapi setelah kita harus ke kantornya. Btw unitnya di lantai 9.

It doesn't really matter, the first one smells like cigarettes everywhere, the second smell makes you dizzy, the bathroom doesn't really smell either.

Smelly, dirty, not recommended for all.

It's the first time I've rented an apartment through an application, the first experience was not pleasant, I already booked via the application, I checked in late when I got there, there was no room, I was told to wait another hour, it's not fast anymore.

The room is not clean, lots of cockroaches, the wardrobe is broken, not to be recommended.

The service is okay, just a little less in cleanliness. (a little, not a lot).

Rooms are not ready have to wait until 7 pm. Employees are not friendly. The rooms are very dirty, lots of bottles of alcohol and used contraceptives.

When checking in the available 2br room there is no wifi, to move rooms and have to wait first, after moving rooms there is also no wifi and instead given another room wifi which is very slow, and the lights go out in the middle of the night for some reason

the token runs out at 5 am, told to wait until 8 o'clock. 8 o'clock is not queued up, how come this guy is not really responsible.

Great room, hopefully you can add wifi to make it more comfortable in the room.

Actually I like to stay there, there are wifi facilities and cooking utensils too, it's just a shame we are disturbed by the electricity and the lift is dead, and there is a little leak near the sink that he said he wanted to fix, but we were waiting for it not to be repaired, finally we decided to check out, even though we originally intended to add another night's order there ..
