Everything's fine, and the price is very affordable. It's just not recommended to bring a suitcase if you stay here, as the stairs are really high, haha.

The hostel offers self-check-in. You'll be contacted via email before arrival to fill out your pre-arrival information. Codes for the main door, room door, and locker are provided via WhatsApp. There's no need to bring your own padlock, as the lockers have combination locks. I was unable to get in a few times due to the code changing, but the staff were very helpful when I complained via WhatsApp. And most importantly, the toilets have bidets.

The location is strategic because it's in the tourist center, but it's a bit far from Bugis MRT station. Cleanliness is so-so, not perfect, but not bad either. Fast Wi-Fi. Free bottled water.

So far, the service has been good, especially for those familiar with digital technology, as online self-check-in is available. It was a bit unexpected. The rooms have three levels, and the stairs are quite steep. I got a room right in front of the bathroom door, so I was often disturbed by people coming and going.

The location is good, not far from Bugis, located beside Haji Lane. But the door system wasn't really good so when people come in and out without always handling the door, it will be so loud that I can't sleep.
