It's a wonderful place, very nice, surrounded by laundry and restoration.

The staff was very helpful and friendly, also accommodating.

Since moving to Sabah, I've been staying here if I need to go back to Semenanjung.

The hotel is bit old, but good service and very clean.

This hotel is located in a very strategic location for those who make a splash because it is close to the airport and the city center.

Room service was disappointing. I stayed for 2 nights but my room was not made up even though the "Make up room" signage was on.

Strategic hotel position. Easy to find parking lot. The staff is friendly. Breakfast was great. Best.

The toilet is dirty, slippery and rarely wash. Overall ok, room ok, breakfast not many choice.

Great 3D2N experience. Affordable price, strategic location. There are many shops around and you could just walk. At first, the toilet have some problems but the staff manage to fix it immediately.the breakfast also have many varieties to chose on. Our first time in sandakan and we are so glad to chose this hotel for stayed. Thanks 😊

The name is ok, the pavilion of the hotel, the price is ok, but in it it's okay, it's like budget hotel, the table in the room is not wiped out, is dusty.

Aircond was sometimes cold sometimes hot and the bath heater was also not good.

Room is quite small and breakfast is satisfying.

Overall I got what I wanted.

Good location. Ample parking spots. Food variety can be improved. Room size was too small to even pray comfortably. Quite small shower space too. Room service was disappointing.
