I booked a room with a bathtub, but it turned out the bathtub had been removed. I was a bit disappointed. The staff were all great. The location is highly recommended. My only suggestion is to bring food and snacks if you stay at this hotel, as it's far from culinary spots and minimarkets.

Not RECOMMENDED at all. Really disappointed with the room. And it turns out the toilet is also outside the room! The fan is also annoying. Overall, it is really NOT RECOMMENDED. Check in during Christmas and New Year holidays. The room is priced at more than 800/night. Wow. With that price, you can get a room with a famous brand in other tourist areas. The human resources of the hotel staff do not meet Hospitality qualifications. Lack of friendliness. It is difficult to advance Samosir Island tourism if the tourism actors are not educated enough. After the Nataru holiday period, the hotel is very quiet. Thankfully the weather and the view behind the hotel facing the lake, make up for the condition of the room and the lack of friendliness of the staff

It was comfortable, but when we stayed overnight the lake water was high so we didn't get to swim at the edge of the lake.

Comfortable atmosphere, room facilities (bedroom & bathroom) are also comfortable and clean, breakfast is available from 7-9 am max 2 portions per room, the view of the lake and the relaxing area is very comfortable, the staff is responsive and friendly, car / motorbike parking is also available, food can also be ordered and delivered to the room, suggestions and input: hopefully in the future the room facilities can be more complete such as capstock for hanging clothes in the bathroom and shoe racks. The food is not delicious to enjoy.

There is a garden at the back which faces directly to the lake adding to the beauty and tranquility of the soul. Moreover, there is a part of the lake that functions like a swimming pool because it is not too deep. Still safe for children.

The atmosphere of the hotel is very beautiful and feels natural 🤗.
