The staff was very nice waiting for us to check in even though it was 2am just arriving from the airport. You can put your luggage downstairs. There was only 1 problem, the air conditioner was leaking, everything else was normal, suitable for the price of the hotel.

It was a good experience staying here.

The hotel is okay, but the facilities are a little lacking for the elderly and the disabled..to go up to the hotel room you have to climb the stairs...as our room is on the 3rd floor, you have to climb the stairs with luggage and with a small child, fuhhhh challenging...

The pillows are as thin as the carpet, but they are still used. The toilet door cannot be locked.

The mattress is broken. The mattress cover and blanket are worn out and too old, and smelly. Room number 205. I hope the hotel can change the mattress and pillows for the comfort of the guests.

I asked to change the level because I was pregnant, tired of going up, because I didn't know where the elevator was. I asked the front staff if I could change to level 1? Then the staff said I could change to level 1, but when I went up, it wasn't level 1, it was level 2. So my husband went downstairs and said I didn't have to change the room, just the same level as the one I was given. Last year, I entered the room. The room was full of mosquitoes. I already asked for spray. When I returned at night, there were still a lot of mosquitoes until I checked out😂,

The staffs are friendly. Lokasinya is great. Not far from airport and city center. Easy to get transport. Located very near to the Tanjung Aru beach.

Easy to park vehicle just next to the hotel.

Curtains had lipstick stain Bedsheets were not clean Tissues were provided almost abit left (used ones) Bathroom light is not bright enough and only one mirror (which is in bathroom with low lighting) Basically i check in at 2pm and checked out by 8pm on that same day to find another hotel Air conditioner definitely not cold enough

nice place to stay, but fix your shower heater and Tv Channel, also pls prepare the small things but necessary such as coffee 3in1, and all the toiletries if possible, people who are stay more than 1 night need more shampoo n also soap and tissue, pls put clean tissue and ENOUGH TISSUE (Bkn tisu yg buli pakai lap mulut satu kali sdh habis tisunya) at the toilet and room. tq ☺️

I checked in almost at 11:30 PM but still there is staff waiting at the counter. I got room number 211 which is very comfortable and spacious for me because it is located at the corner. Although you can also hear the sound of an airplane, but it's not too often and you still can manage to sleep. The hotel is also located near to the airport which takes only 10 minutes.

Good service. But the pillow, blanket, and veil smell so bad.

Nice and helpful staff. The room is clean, good Wi-Fi internet, and lots of restaurants nearby. You can choose this hotel if you traveled to Kota Kinabalu and want to stay near from the airport, just 5 minutes from there.

Its great for a short stay but for a long stay I would not recommend it. Unless they do something with the smell along the way in the hallway.

It's beautiful from the outside, the toilet is dirty, the reception is not friendly, they don't help with the elevator, there are no heavy bags, but they ask for a room downstairs, they don't give you one, the room is not comfortable, the price is expensive but the standard of the Oyo room which is 30 rggt is very sad

Stayed for transit, very close to the airport, many places to eat around, spacious and clean room. I will stay again.

It's okay if you're just looking for a place to sleep. First we got a leaking aircond room, slow sink draining water, water heater x on. Then tell the receptionist to change the bill. we changed to a room where the aircond was not leaking but the hair dryer was not on, the water heater was also not on. Then when we arrived, we could smell the smell of garbage from the room because this hotel is close to the garbage dump and our room was at the end. ok ok first the room is quite narrow. when the receptionist wants to change the room, think ok. oh yes, the room is not soundproof. people running in the corridor can hear.

Toilet was bad. The cover needs to change. Functioning light not functioning well. The water tap also bad. The holder missing.
