When I first arrived, I was confused because it turned out there was a car-free night along Braga, so it was a bit far to get out of the car at the end and walk while watching the bustling Braga on Saturday night, but it was okay, the car was parked and the belongings were safe to bring. It was also fun to go to the mall, just walk in front of the hotel, all the delicious viral foods are lined up. There are kids' activities at breakfast and a separate children's menu.

Strategic location in the city center, close to culinary delights and crowds.

The hotel is nice for a staycation if you want to be close to Braga, you can go out and buy snacks straight away, it's clean and the food is quite good, but when checking in it was too long, you had to wait until 3 o'clock, and the shower was broken... I wanted to take a shower, I was afraid people would think I was the one who broke it, there was no fine written there...

Too close to Braga Walk. Get off the hotel and go straight to Braga Walk. Breakfast is a bit varied but Indonesian food. Everyone's throat is fine with their taste. The mattress is soft and thick. Comfortable to sleep on after a long day of walking. But the cleanliness of the toilet is a bit less pleasant. The carpet is a bit dusty and the toilet is not clean. The hotel should do major cleaning such as scrubbing the toilet walls (once I saw the tile pattern, twice I saw it, uhh), the toilet bowl also needs to be scrubbed once in a while.

Just yesterday I stayed in a dirty and dusty room. The location is strategic in the Braga area, but I was disappointed because the condition of the room I occupied was very dirty and dusty, not commensurate with a 4-star hotel room.

Great and recommended if you stay here

I like it here because of the halal certified breakfast and the very strategic location in Braga. But unfortunately, for a 4-star hotel, the room is really bad. I took a superior queen room because my intention was just to transit so it didn't need to be very nice, not for a staycation. In this room there are lots of carpet stains, the trash can has no lid, the bathroom is slippery, the first time I entered, soap fell, and that's very dangerous. I have 2 babies, so I really have to be careful when in the bathroom. Maybe when the machine is taking the highest class. But all should be the same in terms of cleanliness. Please improve it again. I'm embarrassed to be with other 4-star hotels, let alone a 3-star hotel if I get something like this.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. The service here was good. However, please reconsider the cleanliness and facilities. 1. There were bed bugs in the room I stayed in. 2. The hot water didn't work. 3. The TV often had errors. 4. The fried rice for breakfast tasted stale, watery, and had a slight odor. 5. Parking was difficult because a lot of furniture work was taking up space in the parking lot. In my opinion, the price and the facilities were not commensurate.

Very close distance to Braga tourist attractions

Like the atmosphere in front of the hotel, when you leave the hotel you will immediately find lots of food.

Bad experience staying in this hotel. the room's carpet was very old and dusty. the whole family was infected,. had uncomfortable experience. even extra pillow requested was charged additonally.

Furniture renovation and room cleanliness need more attention. The location is very strategic. It's a shame that the in-room amenities are lacking. Smelly sheets. Clean towels.

The phone is not active and the carpet is not very clean.

An old hotel located right in the middle of busy Braga Street. Its location is actually very strategic, as the Braga culinary center is just steps from the hotel lobby. However, the Car-Free Day policy on Saturdays and Sundays means guests have to walk every time they leave or return to the hotel. Likewise, upon check-out, we had to drag our suitcases all the way to the pickup location. This was certainly inconvenient and uncomfortable. Cleanliness needs improvement. The room felt very dirty, with the carpet so dusty that we kept sneezing. The air in the bathroom was very stuffy, and the bathroom floor was dirty. The internet connection was poor; even the Wi-Fi wasn't reliable enough in our room on the 12th floor. The food was so-so, with limited variety and mediocre taste.
