Clean hotel, varied food and very friendly service

I like to review every time I stay at a hotel, so that those who want to stay have a reference For years I have often booked hotels via Traveloka. This is the best hotel and the most suitable for my needs, because 1. distance in the middle of the city, access to the mall. everywhere is close 2. yesterday I was lucky enough to get a price of 300 thousand. even though tomorrow I get a price of 700 thousand, it is still appropriate 3. clean room, clean towels, clean sheets, helpful, friendly staff, basically TOP 4. ALMOST NO DEFICIENCIES in the room facilities 5. TOP RECOMMENDATION 6. Will stay here again

The hotel is nice, but if a broken glass in the toilet has to pay 100 thousand, even though it's a cheap glass priced at Rp4,500 online and in stores. If possible, just replace it for 50 thousand or just free it because the glass is cheap. Next time the staff should think twice before giving the replacement fee, hopefully it will be given to the office and not to their pockets.

Nice trip to Makassar. It was a great place with great access.

It's quite good, but when you enter the AC is not cold when you contact the receptionist quickly respond. The parking lot is very hot and there are lots of broken glass. The food menu is standard. Only 2 of us were given only 1 toothbrush, 1 sandal hm. How come we didn't bring supplies too.

The bellboy service is very good, what needs to be improved is the receptionist and operator service 1. Last night we asked for help to repair the refrigerator because it was not working but even after being called twice the technician did not come to do the repair work 2. When we were going to check out we asked for help to bring a cart after waiting for an hour no one came

The room AC is hot. Moved to another room but it's still hot 😭. Even though I've stayed at this hotel many times 😭.

Thank God I got a room upgrade. Although the room facilities are just without breakfast.

Maybe a suggestion, cleanliness should be improved further
