A very affordable hotel located in the center of the city during colonial times. The best!

I've stayed here twice. I love the vintage hotel and the old town atmosphere. I always buy the legendary syrup from the factory behind the hotel. It's a great experience. I'll be back again, God willing.

We booked two rooms. They were spacious and comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent. The only thing we needed to pay attention to was the bathtub faucet. The one we stayed in happened to have broken one, but it was still usable.

The hotel is old but still well maintained and recommended, just leave the hotel if you want to go to Kota Tua.

I was satisfied with my stay here. It was clean, cool, and spacious. In the evening, the hotel was bustling with people and plenty of photo spots. One minor issue was that the bidet jet wasn't very strong. I'll stay here again.

I chose this location because it's close to the workshop. Check-in and check-out are easy, and it's close to everything.

The room met expectations, clean & spacious. Only flushing the toilet was a bit problematic but it didn't affect much. The area in Surabaya's Old Town is very crowded with visitors, especially on Saturday nights, so it adds to the comfort because many people take selfies, rent traditional Javanese clothes, etc. There are also several cafes that provide various drinks, especially coffee, snacks and heavy meals. And very close to the Chinatown culinary area with various types of cuisine from Javanese, Madurese, Chinese, Western, etc. And no less interesting is the Pasar Terang Coffee Shop with really delicious food. Back to the hotel, the place is very cozy with WarDim interspersed with Live Music. Friendly staff from reception to housekeeping. Always success for Horison, become a Family Hotel by lowering the rate, hehehe. Thank you for being my second home.

A comfortable hotel with spacious, clean rooms. The restaurant offers a delicious, comprehensive, and varied breakfast. The neighborhood is bustling due to its proximity to Kota Lama, so there are plenty of vendors, clothing rentals, photo booths, and coffee shops. A stay here is a complete experience.

1. The room was nice and spacious. 2. However, the phone in the room didn't work, so if you wanted to order food or drinks, you had to go directly to the restaurant. 3. There wasn't free mineral water during your stay; it was only provided upon request (perhaps the staff forgot). 4. The hot water in the bathroom also worked well. 5. All the hotel staff, from the lobby to room service, were very kind and friendly. 6. The soundproofing in the room was perhaps lacking, as I often heard people talking and children screaming or running in the corridors. Other than that, I would stay at this hotel again if I ever come back to Surabaya.

A recommended hotel near Perak, across from Old City Park. Lots of vendors selling things, and it's really fun.

The staff was friendly and very helpful. We received a bonus for checking in early. Hopefully, we can visit again next time and enjoy the charming atmosphere of the old town.

The hotel was nice, located in the heart of the old town, so it wasn't far to walk. It's a shame it was just a layover. I'll stay here again in the future.
