We stayed in a Junior Suite for 3 days and 2 nights. Unfortunately, our experience was less than comfortable due to several issues during our stay. On the first day, our room access card had a problem and had to be replaced twice because the door was difficult to open. The TV in the room also experienced errors, the remote did not work, and the TV even turned on by itself several times until we finally unplugged it because it was so annoying. The second day, the access card again did not work at all, so it had to be replaced with a different model. Furthermore, the atmosphere around the room was very noisy because it was close to the ballroom, someone even tried to press our doorbell. On the third day, we were again awakened by the sound of a graduation ceremony in the ballroom near our room. For a Junior Suite room in a 4-star hotel, this stay was quite disappointing, and we hope that in the future the hotel can improve the quality of its facilities and guest comfort.
