The first hotel I searched for was a popular one. It was affordable. The breakfast menu was simple, considering the price. The food was average. It had a swimming pool, which was nice.

Kuta Beach, Beachwalk, and the surrounding area are very close. It's a safe and comfortable walk.
The breakfast menu isn't extensive, but it's complete, with rice or porridge, side dishes, vegetables, soup, tea, and coffee.
The room and bed were clean, but the bathroom and toilet could use a better cleaning.

The staff is very friendly. There's a swimming pool. The rooms are clean. The breakfast is also good. It's within walking distance to Kuta Beach and close to the large Beachwalk mall.

Location near Kuta Beach
Good service standards
Reasonably priced
Rooms with air conditioning, TV, and capsule-style toilet
Includes towels, liquid soap, toothbrush, and toothpaste.
There are glasses and drinking containers, and drinking water is available from a dispenser located in the corner of the corridor. However, when I was there last night, I wanted a drink and coffee and the water dispenser was empty. It needs to be checked regularly and replaced immediately if empty.
There's a swimming pool too, but I didn't get a chance to use it.

The location is good, close to Kuta, although it's down a small road. The room's ambiance feels old-fashioned, and the bathroom is a fiberglass bathroom. Sunday mornings have a service downstairs, maybe two hours, starting at 5. The staff are friendly.
