The hostel is conveniently located close to Jonker Street Food, the tourist attractions in Melaka, just walking distance suitable for backpackers.

The staff was not there when we checked in and the motel is locked. We were waiting about 2hours and found another motel next to this motel. So unsatisfying. We called so many times and the staffs did not pick up our call. So bad.

Small room. dusty and smelly.

Room was small . The cafe is not a cafe as you think it is. Location is strategic.

The strategic location is very close to the Jonker Night market, Stadyhust, Christ Curch..and all the main tourist attraction. Complete facilities, toiletries, warm water. The spacious standard room has no complaints just needing to sleep. The only ones missing are bathroom hangers that don't exist. The best is the staff are very helpfull, responsive & quick to help when there is a complaint the AC is not cold, helps find bicycle rentals, guides the driver to grab when he will pick us up. Very friendly and kind. Definetely will come again to this motel

The rooms are clean and comfortable, but quite dark, there is no storage space in the room. the bathroom is quite clean, there is shampoo and liquid soap and towels. Early check-in costs 10 rm, loss of card will be subject to a penalty of 50 rm. Be careful of your luggage if you do it, because there are bad guests at the motel, I lost 100 thousand rupiah in this motel. This motel is quite strategic with existing tourist locations.

Very comfortable and quiet hostel. Feeling staying at home alone, everywhere is also very close, slipping until. The environment is safe even though it gets home at midnight on foot, the people are also super friendly. Thank you monkey motel 😍

This hostel is close to jonker walk and red building, staff is helpful and friendly. You pay that what you get, room is nice and tidy bed. It's cheap for a backpacker.

Stayed for two nights, the room was a little bit small but the location was fantastic, smack bang in the middle of everything. For its price I can't complain. Would definitely come back.

Me and my friend really had an amazing stay here. Room and toilet was clean. Very close most of the famous landmark, also easy to find food in Jonker street, only walking distance. Breakfast also was good! Owner was so friendly and kind. Will absolutely recommend this motel!

A pleasant location, very close to Jonker street, very friendly employees, even though we were late checking in luckily there were local residents who helped us call the staff. There are only 2 bathrooms but it does not make us queue for too long, wooden floors, so if you have to go extra slowly so as not to disturb other occupants.

The location with Jonker is very close only when our check-in bookings are not available because the rooms are fully occupied. Lucky staff friendly and helpful phone for refund attempts and we rebooking rooms without bathrooms. Feel at kost kostan have to share bathroom wall of room and upstairs looks like plywood so if walk sounded foot step clearly once. Room size is small with no TV only AC, bed, hanger there is a small window inside.

The staff is super friendly & very helpful. as a moslem traveler I got lots of help especially in terms of finding halal food nearby. The room is a bit small but just perfect to fit 2 people. it would be a problem though if you carry big luggages. the hostel is strategically located near all the famous attractions in melaka. you could also rent a bike for 5rm/hour or 15rm for 3 hours & over.
