While staying in room 104, the AC in the room turned off three times in the early morning between 2 and 7 a.m. on the day of check-out, requiring a technician to turn it back on. They were told not to use the power outlet on the bedside table (there was no sign that said outlet was prohibited, and even when not in use, the AC still turned off by itself. Furthermore, from the first day to the second day, we used that outlet without any complaints about the AC turning off by itself). On our last day of stay, sleeping was uncomfortable and hot because the AC repeatedly turned off in the early hours. Please fix the AC in room 104 or the power outlet (if this is the cause), as we are worried about recurring electrical short circuits, and guests want to rest comfortably.
