Sorry to say, the hotel is not recommended for staying. It's a shame because the swimming pool is comfortable for children. However, the room cleanliness is very minimal.

Fast check-in, clean rooms, strategic location.

I was disappointed because I stayed on September 26, 2026 - September 27, 2026, booked 2 rooms. There were always problems. I checked in at 8/9 pm when I arrived, the room was not cold, there was no hot water. I was told to wait a long time but it didn't happen. Flazz also didn't work in room 449. And in room 448 the AC was not cold. I have complained twice asking to be changed to a room on the 5th floor but it was even worse, hot and smelled of cigarettes. Very disappointed for the price of the room, it didn't meet expectations. The food was quite good although there weren't many variations.

The AC is probably cold… The downside is that there is a refrigerator listed, but it is not available in the room.

The hot water is very problematic, the plunger in the toilet needs to be fixed.

It's a great place to stay in the city center. It's close to the mall plaza.

Last New Year's, we stayed here and were quite satisfied. But now, it's very disappointing. We stayed here because my child wanted to swim. When we arrived, the pool was dirty and full of moss. I asked the receptionist and they said it was being treated and would be ready to use tomorrow morning. The next morning, after breakfast, I checked again and the pool was still full of moss. In the end, we didn't swim. While having breakfast at the restaurant, a small cockroach was walking around on our table. Unbelievable.

While staying here, I had to change rooms three times. I was moved from the first room because the bathroom light was broken. In the second room, there was no telephone, no towel hanger. I tripped over peeling vinyl flooring. In the third room, the hot water was off, the AC wasn't cooling, and I fell because I slipped on a loose barrier between the ceramic floor and the vinyl flooring. Finally, I decided to check out that night. As of this writing, the hotel hasn't contacted me as informed at check-out. But I consider it my unlucky day. By the way, I was offered a room upgrade when I was about to check out, but I declined because I was afraid I'd get another dud. Also, pay attention to the completeness of the room's amenities. I also managed to borrow an iron, and the condition of the iron was terrible. The iron's main cord protector was exposed, so the main cord was clearly peeled and risky to use. I don't mean to badmouth this hotel, but I hope this can provide input and improvements for the future.
