The bathroom wall was peeling, and the sink, mirror, toilet, and toilet floor looked dirty, as if they hadn’t been cleaned. The parking area was not managed or assisted, making it difficult for the pick-up car to enter. The staff present at the time were not responsive to the situation.

Coco De Heaven staff is very friendly, access to the beaches of Jimbaran area is close. Overall, it's great.

I recently stayed here during Nyepi.. I was surprised that there was no food for sale at this hotel even though it was the night before Nyepi, the TV was not on, the bathroom didn't smell good, the room was also musty.

Close to I Gusti Ngurah Rai Airport, next to a minimarket, if just for transit it is highly recommended. + There is a clean swimming pool. - Room facilities need to be improved a little.

It's good, but the only downside is that the air in the bathroom can't get out so it's a bit smelly.

Parking for R4 is limited, if it is full, it is parked on the side of the highway & is very risky

The room was damp because there was a leak in the toilet which caused the floor to be wet.

The building is a bit old. The bed is not comfortable for me. There are many places to eat that can be accessed on foot.

15 minutes from the airport, near Alfamart and Indomaret. Worth it to wait for the next flight.

For the cleanliness of the room and everything is OK, the only minus is the AC. The AC is not cold and the male staff are not friendly.
