Overall, the service was good. However, the water park slides were under maintenance when we stayed last night, so the kids weren't very happy with the water play.

The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, and the environment is comfortable. It's the best.

Like i said before, great atmosphere, as if we're in Bali, not in Tangerang.

This was my first time staying here. The atmosphere is comfortable, with lots of coconut trees and quite spacious, a perfect alternative to a vacation in Puncak or similar. It's quite cool, and I think the swimming pool is kid-friendly and quite spacious, especially since it has a pool. However, I'd give it one star for the room cleaning and the towel-handling procedure for swimming: 1. When I checked in around 3:40 PM, the room was still unclean and looked dirty. There were still clumps of cotton-like dust, the toilet seat still had yellow urine stains, and the area under the bed had cigarette butts and dusty plastic seals for mineral water. The refrigerator had a puddle of brown frost, and there were traces of plastic bags from food and drinks. 2. Getting a towel while swimming. Initially, I was told that if I wanted to use a locker, I had to exchange my room key for one. However, when I asked for a towel, I was asked for the room key instead. I told her I didn't need the locker and asked for a towel because the room key was still with my wife, who was still in the room and hadn't come to the pool. I also didn't want to walk back and forth, it was quite a long way since the towel pick-up point was quite far from the pool. When I was begging, they only gave me one, saying the standard operating procedure was to use the room key, and the limit was only two. When I was swimming with my wife and kids, that meant one of us didn't get a pool towel from the hotel, had to bring our own? This SOP really needs to be improved. There's a limit on swimming towels, and you have to use the room key to exchange them. Few hotels I've stayed in have had that kind of thing. 3. The fruit in the photo was a gift from the hotel, as a form of apology, and also to clean the room while I was out to dinner. Hopefully, they'll pay attention to the cleanliness of the rooms in the future. Thank you.

The staff is friendly, the rooms, the area, the facilities, the cleanliness—everything is great! The breakfast has a wide variety and the food is delicious. I love it!

Overall, very satisfying.

We really liked the hotel's ambiance, feeling like we were out of town, with lush trees and a full range of activities. However, the villa we stayed in had a bit of a problem with the shower and leaking air conditioning. Everything else was fine.

Still the best place to stay in this area! A little pricey compared to its surrounding competitors, but worth the price and experience. It does not feel like overpaying in the end.

All the staff were kind, friendly, efficient, and helpful. Check-in/out was fast and hassle-free. The environment and facilities were child-friendly. However, when I checked into the villa, which I happened to have chosen, the front yard was dirty, smelled of cigarettes, and there were ashtrays even though I had booked a non-smoking area. And when I entered the room, it smelled like it hadn't been occupied for a long time. Those were the only drawbacks. Otherwise, it was fine.

The hotel atmosphere is very good, friendly for children, lots of natural views.

Staff are friendly & helpful. Facilities could use some upkeep, feels a little rundown. Grounds are nice, two nice pools and access to a nice gym & facilities at the associated country club. Close-ish to the airport and mall, restaurants very close.

Stayed in a villa. Got a room near the lagoon pool. The paint on the walls was dull and mossy. The AC wasn't very cold even though it was set to maximum, but it was just average.

It was so much fun, it didn't feel like we'd only stayed one night because there were so many activities we hadn't tried yet. The bathroom faucet needed repairs, as it had come loose, but it could be reattached.

Really enjoyed, already 2 times fam staycation here! All the staff are super friendly and make my son and nanny so comfortable and enjoy! Will come back for sure!!!

The room's interior lacked a hotel vibe, even though it was over 1 million Rupiah. When we asked for the same, the receptionist said there was only one nice villa suite like that, and they said it was for long stays. There was no sofa bed or carpet (villa suite). But the pool facilities were top-notch, the room was spacious, and the bathtub was great, so the kids were happy.

Extended 1 day from 702 to 616 and very well done, thank you Aryaduta with all services and facilities that provided 5* hotel.
