The location is very strategic, close to MRT Bukit Bintang, the hotel is connected to a mall, there are lots of food places around the hotel, it is very busy until midnight.

Suite suitable for large families with 3 bedrooms

I have stayed here several times because of the hotel's very strategic location and comfortable rooms, especially the last time I stayed I got an upgrade from a superior triple room to a deluxe 2 bedroom.

The hotel staff was very helpful to our family...we were advised to move to a 2-bedroom apartment. Because we brought children, we could move to one room (contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 TV room, 1 kitchen) very comfortable for a family

Close to shopping centre, easy to get a Grabcar, easy to find resto

The location of the hotel in bukit bintang area was great and easy to find whatever do you want (shopping and food). The hotel was good with fair price. Will recommend the place to my friends who want to visit Kuala Lumpur. Thanks.

The best location is close to shopping and culinary centers. The room size is large. The staff is friendly.

There are only 2 lifts from lv 1 to lv 5 where the reception is located. During peak periods, it is a longer wait. The staff at the reception are very friendly and helpful. After collected the access card (only 1), need to take another set of lifts (6 of them) to the rooms. The bed linen and towels are not very clean. The closet is a bit old, and sound proofing aint great. Aircon and hot water bath are readily available and good. The location is very good, easy access to the many malls and food options in the area.

The receptionist was not friendly at all. Answered questions piecemeal. The make up room sign was also useless. I had installed it but no one came to clean up the room.
