A truly satisfying stay at Furama Bukit Bintang! The location is top-notch, just a short walk to Berjaya Times Square. Transportation is also very easy, so getting around the city is hassle-free. Most impressive is the spacious room size for a very affordable price. Excellent value for money for those looking for comfort in the city center without breaking the bank!

Hotel is within walking distance to Bukit Bintang shopping malls, around 10 to 15 minutes. The room is spacious, but the furniture is dated. Cleanliness is so-so, as there are a few biscuit bits left on the room floor by previous guests when we checked in the room.

First impression was not good either. When checking in, the female staff answered in a very unfriendly tone while on the phone, then just told me to go to the other end without any greeting. As a guest, that was quite rude. Going to the male staff, he was also using the phone while serving me. He just asked for my passport without any smile or friendly service. When I asked if he could help me lift my bag from the Grab trunk, his answer was just “no bell boy.” No apology, no alternative solution, nothing. Entering the room was disappointing. The musty smell from the carpet was so strong that it felt uncomfortable. The carpet was full of dirt and the bathroom sink was mossy. The cleanliness was really unsatisfactory and far from expectations. Honestly, the hotel pictures look convincing, but the reality is very different. Basic hospitality and cleanliness are not up to standard. I hope the management takes this matter seriously, because this experience was really unpleasant. But when I wanted to check out, the staff at the reception were nice and smiled, at least if they couldn't provide good accommodation, they gave good service.

Furama Hotel is close to Lalaport and Berjaya Times Square, as well as the bus station and MRT. However, the hotel is quite old and in dire need of renovation.

Overall i like the location very closed to Lalaport Mall and close to Hang tuah MRT/LRT/Monorail makes it easy to go everywhere. Closed to Berjaya Times Square Hotel. Room is clean but outdated and during check in to the hotel room i don't like the perfume smell of the room. the room smells too man masculine. The tv also outdated. But overall its good. Just need to improved and upgrade the room.
