The room smelled musty, the AC fan was loud, the sheets and pillows smelled. The TV was broken. The room was damp.

It's really worth it, suitable for those who want to travel to Bali for a vacation with family or solo traveling. The room is quite spacious and there is a swimming pool.

Suitable for business trips at affordable prices

Want an honest review 1. The receptionist is not friendly to local guests, answered the phone at check-in time and then asked questions and answered while answering the phone with his friend BAD ATTITUDE! 2. There was a cockroach when I entered the room and there were 2 small cockroaches 3. The room was stuffy and damp 4. Spider webs in the bathroom 5. The bathroom was not brushed and slippery when I wanted to take a shower 6. The sheets and pillowcases were used by someone else, so smelly that I couldn't sleep Just stay at this hotel once!

The location on Sunset Road is convenient to go anywhere, no traffic jams. The downside is that the signal in the room is difficult, there is wifi but it's not fast inside the room either, but outside the room the wifi is fast. The breakfast package is not a buffet, so you have to order from a new menu, the menu doesn't have many variations. Other than that it's good, according to the price.

Rooms are dirty, AC is central and a little bit hot.

The staff was very friendly and helpful so I was able to check in early. The facilities are very family friendly and complete. The hotel atmosphere is calm and pleasant. Just need to fix the vinyl floor in room 215 which is peeling in some places so it is uncomfortable to walk barefoot.

Cheap hotel is quite clean. Lost key will be fined even though it is just a regular card key. In other hotels, it is not asked for anymore.

I love to stay here, but cleanliness was so great. I'm staying for 2 days, they clean our room nicely. I've been in so many hotels in Bali, but Sun Royal is one of the best hotels I've stayed in. For sure next time I'm definitely will stay again. Note: Maybe can replace the cup in the room because I see one cup was chipped, it's quite dangerous, maybe someone get hurt while using a chipped or broken cup. But overall I love to stay there. Thank you.

The staff is not very friendly, the explanation is not relaxed, it seems rushed. There is a sign that provides laundry service, but in reality it is not.

Hi sis.. I want to give an assessment for improvement.. the bathroom floor is very slippery, either because of the soap or the water. The AC is not cold, even though a cold room in the room is really needed to rest. The electric kettle also has a loose lid, the cable is too short or the table is not high enough, or the plug is not lowered enough..

The breakfast at this hotel is so good! It's also near many restaurants and Circle K so you'll have plenty of choices for your lunch and diner. However, the hotel doesn't have rental bikes so you need to walk about 20 min to the rental bike shop.

The room is highly recommended, very comfortable to stay in.
