The team provided excellent hospitality, but the facilities, especially the rooms, are in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the bed sheets in our room felt not clean, causing my husband and me to feel itchy. Despite this, it was a good stay overall given the affordable price.

The hotel feels like it's in the prestigious Nusa Dua area. The hotel's quiet atmosphere is perfect for a break. Thanks to Ms. Ardin who served the check-in in a friendly manner. Our room was even upgraded.
