It has a beach, but no direct access. There's a free shuttle to the private beach.

nice and comfortable place, the staff are very friendly, overall good 👍👍. The variety of the breakfast dishes and the garden at the entrance can be improved.

I arrived at night, and the staff was quite prompt in checking me in. The elevator was small, and the hallway leading to my room was a bit dark. The room was standard-sized and fairly clean. Breakfast had little variety, but the taste could be improved.

Stayed on my first day in Bali. Upon arrival at night, the staff was responsive. The hotel isn't very large, with a small elevator. The rooms are standard, with adequate soundproofing. Late dinner at the restaurant was quiet, expensive, and tasteful. The waitress didn't really understand the menu. Breakfast was standard, with limited variety.

The team provided excellent hospitality, but the facilities, especially the rooms, are in need of refurbishment. Unfortunately, the bed sheets in our room felt not clean, causing my husband and me to feel itchy. Despite this, it was a good stay overall given the affordable price.

The hotel is strategically located. The staff is responsive. There's a bus to the beach.

Room 227 The electric kettle was broken, there was no spoon in the room so we had to use a new toothbrush to stir the sugar, and the balcony was very dirty, the toilet flush was clogged. In short, just one stay here. Bye Mercure

The hotel feels like it's in the prestigious Nusa Dua area. The hotel's quiet atmosphere is perfect for a break. Thanks to Ms. Ardin who served the check-in in a friendly manner. Our room was even upgraded.

It could be better, it's overpriced. Especially the breakfast is so disappointing, sorry.

The room is comfortable and clean. Unfortunately, it is not soundproof. But during the stay there, I felt at home and slept soundly. It's a shame to walk from the lobby to the front gate if it's too dark at night. If it's morning or evening, there's no problem.

Overall ok, but the TV is not Android yet, while currently almost everyone watches through TV applications. The food menu is less varied because we stayed for 4 days and 3 nights but breakfast was still fried rice, porridge and others. A class like Mercure should be more varied.

The floor wasn't mopped & sticky to the feet, the mattress wasn't cleaned 🫠 Even though the price is 1 million+. I don't think I'll come back again.
