The room itself was fine, nice, and comfortable. However, the smoking room had a really strong cigarette smell in the hallway. So, my family and I moved to a deluxe non-smoking room, which was much more comfortable. The new room was okay, but there were red stains on the sheets that hadn't been completely removed. By the way, when we moved to another room, the service was quite good, the staff was quite helpful, but they couldn't explain the smoking room's atmosphere, which turned out to be a hallway that smelled of cigarettes. Hopefully, the service can improve.

Unfortunately, this hotel is too old, stupid... The breakfast food is not good, far below what it should be, the quality is below average for a hotel of the same price, the service personnel are all ok ok good. Take the 1 BR apartment, it has a vintage vibe but is quite well maintained, the kitchen is a bit dirty, the balcony is super dirty. Dinner and breakfast are included, but the taste is lacking, try changing the chef, otherwise it's okay for that price.

The pillowcase is definitely never changed, the smell is really bad, not recommended... thanks... think again if you want to stay there, the price is not cheap... even the hotels that are much cheaper below are MUCH cleaner... at least change the pillowcase...

Generally a very nice hotel to stay in Surabaya. However, somehow we got the feeling of an "old hotel". The room I stayed is not well-maintaned, with broken wardrobe handle. The bathroom is not well-maintaned either, with rusty shower and unpleasant odor. But these don't overshadow our overall pleasant stay. Good location, delicious variety breakfast, seamless check-in/out, nice pool are some of the highlights of this nice hotel. Thank you!
