This Hotel was just Ok and The price was good when I used my rewards points. It was clean and staff was nice. the convenience of the restaurant and prices worked out perfect for my stay.

Perfection all around, from the check-in, to the room, to the food and bar service. All of it was 5 stars!

A little worn in places but clean. Staff were all friendly and helpful.

I've stayed here several times and have been happy each time. Nice rooms with plenty of space. Comfy bed.

This was advertised as a hotel. After checking in, they direct you to other buildings where you will stay and all the units have external doors like a motel. We got into the room and there was trash, half drank soda bottles, long black hairs in the bed - and the provided lotion, shampoo, and conditioners were all empty.

Very cute hotel

We spent a couple of days at Taos going to ski. Weather was nice not too cold. We were expecting more snow to be honest.

Room is spacious and clean. Bed is comfortable to sleep. Feel nice and relaxed staying in there.

I chose this hotel specifically because of the Swimming pool. However the "opening hours of the pool were 10am-10pm. That really didn't work for my one night stay early morning swim ;(. The Bathroom heater was broken, and the hallway light didn't work. The heater in the room was old and barely functioning.

No idea. Couldn't make the trip and hotel refused to refund my money with a one weeks notice

Housekeeping only upon request. The town has fallen to meth. Bar was awful and front desk was rude. We will never come back.

The food was overpriced for frozen potatoes and small portions…. The beds were hard and the bar closed early on New Year’s Eve. Everyone was nice but not worth the $

It was okay. It is a nice place to stay, but I didn’t like how far was from the lobby, the ice machine was not working and in general it doesn’t feel as part of the hotel, it has a different layout, it is not welcoming.

nice room, but when other guests take a shower it had a terrible noise in our room.
