We were welcomed esrly inton the hotel and got entry to our room a few hours before official check in time, we received a complimentary upgrade which made our stay even better, room was very comfortable and spacious, easy ealk into the town centre (10mins max) lovely park next to hotel at national football stadium, would stay here again and again

Amazing breakfast. Lot of choice of everything. Nice view from room. The only issue is the high price of parking (22 eur per night)

Top 1 Hotel in Sofia. Best location in the historical district with one of the view on the Alexander Nevsky Cathedral. Services and team are great and customer focused. ADOR is one the best table in town. Was travelling with family ( 4 in total. 10 years and 14 years old kids)

i requested the air conditioning to be fixed. I was informed the air conditioning was switched off in November, however I could have a fan. this helped a little however the room temperature never dropped below 23 c. This along with the windows the did not open lead to a stuffy dry room. then the view from my window was a nearly derelict block of apartment / flats directly looking into my room.

We really like the location and the service stay there twice.

This "International" Hotel has nothing International about it & it's run like everything else in Bulgaria, in the past & inefficient!

This is the 5th time we are at Intercontinental and love it. The best hotel in Sofia.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was nice and spacious, making me feel right at home. The highlight was definitely the fantastic view of the cathedral from the huge balcony—absolutely breathtaking! The service was great, with staff who were attentive and friendly. The room was spotless, and the bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. When I come back, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for comfort and great views
