The property is very beautiful, but because we traveled with our pet, we were given a rundown, ugly room. The floor boards were seperated and chewed in some areas. My reservation indicated that we were going to have a king size bed, but instead we were given two double beds. The young lady at the reception did not accomodate our needs.

Property and amenities are clean, but rooms are outdated, need to update furniture. Also was never awared that any visitor need to pay a fee in order to come visit you in the facilities. Staff was nice, except one lady that asked alot of questions when we were asking for additional towels such as why extra towels if only certain guests when we were told it was okay to get additional for the pool, dont understand why all questions and employee was hesitant to give us extra towels.

Terrible, se supone que el check in es a las 3 y la habitación me la daban después de las 4, me cambiaron de habitación (una mas abajo que la que pagué , la habitación y el baño muy sucios, aire acondicionado si lo prendias sonaba Le falta limpieza, mantenimiento, atención al cliente , muy mala experiencia

El hotel es muy conveniente ya que está enfrente de la terminal de autobuses, al entrar parece que uno se traslada a un oasis. Una ventaja es que en la terminal de autobuses está una terminal de taxis seguros, también el staff del lobby puede ayudar a solicitar uno. Unos 200 metros está un restaurante brasileño, también un Oxxo, y algunos hoteles alrededor con restaurantes, también el hotel tiene su propio restaurante con un excelente bufete para desayuno. Las habitaciones son muy amplias y cómodas, siempre hay agua caliente, Lo malo es que tienen dos albercas hermosas pero siempre están heladas ya que no las calientan, eso es un poco deprimente para los niños.

I liked how friendly the staff was and understanding. It is convenient and feels safe to stay! Would do it again!
