This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. The lobby and restaurant area is hugged by the water with islands scattered and shrouded in fogs. Room is spacious and exquisitely decorated. Breakfast contains copious western and Chinese selections.

The personnel’s are very friendly and helpful. The only thing that we don’t like is sometimes you can smell cigarettes smoke in the elevators.

The view from the hotel was really excellent! We stayed sea view room, so we cloud see sunrise.It was so beautiful and gorgeous. When we arrived and left the hotel, the staff on the first floor were very kind and gentle to us. The lounge staff whose name were Gloria and Iar were also very nice to us.

Great location and the SPA was very good

The check in took more then 40 minute, The counter lady was playing with phone in the meantime. Very unpleasant check in I ever had ! But the other employees are very friendly and helpful , especially thanks Chris and Roy .

Relaxed weekend in Xiamen. Hotel is new and modern, service is great with highly trained staff. Hotel lobby is at 38th floor. Apart from that slight inconvinience, the room is big with nice bathroom, sitting area and walk-in robe. View is great, except for the fog at the weekend. Hotel has a shopping mall at the bottom and is near restaurants and bus stops. Breakfasts are great. Will definitely stay here again next time in Xiamen. Wifi was not that fast though.

Exceptional service right from checking in till checkout during our stay on 14 and 15 Jan., and special thanks to the customer service managers on the 38th floor and Alice on the 1st Floor. They really went the extra mile to make our Xiamen stay an ejoyable one. Will recommend this place also for the modern and comfortable room and good location.

Amazing views from room and lobby, and next to shopping mall for more food options. Spacious room with nice sitting area overlooking Gulangyu. Nice spread at breakfast with local and western options.

Received a warm welcome by all saff especially GRO Sirian who looked into every fine details of our stsy. Strategic location with beautiful sea view and famous Gu Lang Yu island, walking distance to Xiamen university and Nan Pu Tuo Si temple. Food is yumminicious in Lucheng restaurant by famois chef Yip on 39th floor and fabulous entertainment with live music by Filipino band in Coast bar on 54th floor, well managed by Mark and his friendly team. I had a wondeful 63rd birthday celebration in Conrad Xiamen, thanks to all staff that made it enjoyable and memorable!🙏😋

Awesome room, view and an amazing swimming pool. Don’t know so much about Xiamen but my research indicated this hotel was the best for a night’s stay and I was very pleased with everything.

It is a very good experience with this hotel.

Huge room and bathroom. Love the coffee machine in the room, I can enjoy my proper coffee when I wake up. The only thing I don't like is the check point in the front of lifts lobby. What's the point of that since you must use your room key card to access your floor and only.
