Hotel is nice but the area around it is poor

Excellent value, great staff, restaurant has great food! The room was throughly equipped with everything you would need. I had a short stay, but I have nothing negative about this property. Would definitely stay again. Terrific staff! Great value!

Excellent place, it was a shame we stayed only overnight, but certainly a place to visit again, that city and this particular hotel.

Great service and rooms are just perfectly clean and tidy.

Convenient location - right off Mex180D - exit well marked. Off street parking. Spacious modern room. Restaurant on-site. We were told restaurant opened at 7. Not so today - not until 8:30. Not sure why, maybe because it was Sunday and they serve buffet breakfast only. It was very good and reasonably priced but we could not get coffee until then. The room had a little coffee maker that, for 23 pesos, provided 2 little cups of substandard brew. May not matter to some but was VERY disappointing for us.

Very nice hotel. A little nervous about not being a name I knew, but all reviews were good so we went for it. It was super nice, right off the highway which was great.

What a unexpected surprise! !this hotel is absolutely gorgeous. From the parking lot to the lobby and through the grounds to the room it's first class all the way. Check in was a breeze and the manager Marissa could not have been more accommodating. I highly recommend this hotel! You will not be disappointed

This is a very very nice hotel with big pool, beautiful gardens and big comfortable modern rooms. It also has a nice restaurant - breakfast is excellent -, a sufficient gym, bar and a game room with a pool table and video games for everybody to use. They have parking as well. Not in the city but close to it. You would need to rent a car or take taxi to go to the city. Public transportation is walking distance but people staying here do not use it at all for obvious reasons. 100% recommended if you want to stay in a very nice and quiet place with all the amenities you need to have a good time during your stay. Pico de Orizaba view from here is amazing!!

Just excellent. From facilities to the staff. No doubt this is one of the best hotels in the area. It has big, modern, fully equipped and so well decorated rooms with lots of additional things for you to have a perfect stay. It has a wonderful pool, beautiful gardens, restaurant, bar, a sufficient gym and a game room. Food is very good and in every meal they give you some "courtesies", for example, if you have lunch there they will invite you a drink and a small dessert, per meal!!. Fair prices. Staff is so nice as well! By the way, to avoid connection problems they have wifi antennas per room. If you are here for work this is your place!

Es bonita, está sobre la carretera así que no tiene uno que desviarse y son muy amables y está muy limpio

Mal servicio, descriminan por reservar en plataforma. Pedimos cambio de habitación ya que había mucho ruido pero no aceptaron porque reservamos en hoteles.com y así no se puede. Personal de recepción sin capacidad de resolución de problemas y pobre servicio.
