Good stau

This hotel has a great feel. Big, warm and comfortable rooms. Super clean, the entrance and reception smelt amazing. We didn’t use the facilities as it was a short stay but I would certainly go back with more time. Lots of shops and restaurants around. A great stay.

Excelente en todos los sentidos, alojamiento en habitación tipo duplex. Buena variedad y calidad en el desayuno. Incluyen descuentos en entrada a la pista de patinaje que está frente al hotel. Definitivamente vamos a repetir

The dinner could be better, in fact years ago it was amazing

This is a nice hotel in Canillo. We stayed here for 6 nice while skiing. We we first put it a top floor room, which while nice, was quite small and impractical with sloping a sloping roof which caused a few bumped heads! The water pressure was also terrible so far up the building. We mentioned this to reception and they were absolutely fantastic with helping us to another room which was brilliant. The breakfast was good and it’s an easy 5 minute walk from the ski lift.

Perfect location for skiing! Buffet for breakfast and dinner is excellent. Much better than expected and so much choice and variety every day. Great staff, lovely bar, parking right next to hotel. Only downsides, were twin beds put together rather than queen/double and noise in the corridor very night quite late by guests coming or leaving. Would stay again, highly recommend for good value!

Best breakfast at a hotel ever, Amazing bath tub but terrible shower, and the bath for some reason stank of sulphur

We were given a room in the front of the hotel. There was a lot of road noise. The bus stop is right by the hotel. There are restaurants and food markets near by. The ski lift and rental shop are about a 5 minute walk. The town of Canillo is between Encamp and Soldeu. Canillo elevation is 1500m or 5000ft. We had problems sleeping due to the elevation.

Hotel needs AC it's 90 deg in August in Andorra. Had to have the windows open and tolerate noise all night. Not a great experience at all.

It was one night stay on our road trip, we did not know what to expect, but everything was beyond expectation. We wish stay there for another night or two.

The smoking room make me feel i am in the toilet for the first 2 days, actually, i didnt remember i have required a non smoking room or not, so the smell really make me sick. especially it mixed with the air fresheners. Apart from that, everything is very good, nice and friendly staff and the room is really clean. and the location is very good too.

The biggest disappointment is that this is shown as 5* hotel. No way. We are physically able, but no one to help carry luggage to our rooms. If you pay a 3* price and think in terms of a 3stars then the hotel is acceptable. Decor is tired, the bar is totally unusable if you are a non smoker. We had a problem with a barking dog on our corridor which to be fair was dealt with within 5minutes of complaint, but really it wouldn't be a problem if dogs weren't allowed in a building designed for accommodating human beings. The parking arrangements were unsatisfactory with a credit card type ticket to a parking area(not very secure)across the road. One time the entrance machine consumed our ticket which required nearly 15mins for car park operator to arrive. Worse was a 10minute delay on departure because the exit barrier didn't recognise our ticket. The best part of the hotel was undoubtedly the restaurant with a very fine buffet Sunday lunch(and we turned up at closing time)and super enormous variety buffet breakfasts.

El trato de la recepcionista ha sido desagradable, sì bien hemos llegado pasadas 21:00( exactamente a las 21:22) y dedicamos tiempo a ducharnos tras la jornada de Ski y el apreski, a las 22:30 aprox, intentamos contactar con recepción a través de la línea telefónica (num 9 como nos indicó) el teléfono no funcionaba, además a esa hora ya no había servicio de Room Service y tampoco ofrecieron ayuda/alternativa para que encontráramos algo para comer. Mala atención. El resto, un hotel bien para ir a esquiar.

Trevlig personal med suveränt bemötande! Rent och fint hotell. Vi bodde i juniorsuite 4 personer vilken var bra med mycket plats för alla saker som man har på skidsemester. Bra frukost. Kvällsbuffen var bra, men ljudnivån mycket hög.

Chambre très correcte et propre Literie confortable Par contre l’isolation entre les chambres n’est pas très bonne! Restaurant fermé ce jour là mais possibilité de restauration à proximité Grand buffet de petit déjeuner varié et excellent

Es siempre un placer alojarse en el Ski Plaza. Te hacxen sentir como en tu casa de la montaña. Gracias a todo el equipo, Ah, y las fondues de la Fonclette son deliciosas, igual que las ensaladas !

A destacar la atención del personal un 10, sin duda volveremos en cuanto podamos, muchas gracias
