Owner/manager is very rude. Receptionist in the morning lovely. Great location, shower head broken, only stayed 1 night, that was enough. Wouldnt stay again for that price, plenty around with better service

A giant thank you to Ana and her brother for the hospitality you have shown my wife and I ❤️ The place itself is super located, close to restaurants, beaches and everything you might need in Novalja! Rooms are clean and the bed was super comfortable 😁 Any question or need we had was answered and taken care of with a smile! It says alot! Price? Well, compared to the rest of Pag in high season, it was a bargain🙏 We are coming back 🍻

Absolutely fantastic hotel, the owner is so inviting, welcoming and accommodating, great facilities, great location. Cannot praise this hotel enough, thank you for a wonderful stay. Also the home made processco is magic!

Sehr Nahe am Strand gelegen, kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor Ort (gehören zum Haus). Das Zimmer war ruhig, schön und vor allem sehr sauber. Im Zimmer gibt's Kaffee, Tee und auch einen Kühlschrank. Das ganze wird abgerundet durch die sehr freundliche Gastgeberin Ana. Ich habe kurzfristig mein Aufenthalt verlängert, was sehr unkompliziert abgewickelt wurde. Ich komme auf jeden Fall wieder gerne hierher. Fazit: Sehr günstig, aber nicht billig, d. h. es fehlt hier nichts. Vielen Dank!

Das Apartment kann man buchen Ich persönlich habe nur mehr erwartet -beim einchecken keine deutschsprachige Person -frische Handtücher und zB Toiletten Papier wurde Nach 3Tagen auf dem Flur gestellt in einem Wäschekorb -keine Kaffeemaschine -negative fanden wir auch das es nur ein Schlüssel für das Apartment gab

Petit appart-hotel sympa, tres bien placé à 5 minutes de la plage. Nous avons eu droit à un accueil très chaleureux, les hôtes sont d’une gentillesse incroyable ! Nous avons passé 4 nuits à Novalja et y reviendront dès que possible !

The Stuff is incredibly helpful lovely and nice! They were helping us all the time. It’s perfectly located 300 m to the beach, restaurants, snack bars, bus station and super market. A few steps more and theres the promenade where you can buy a lot of souvenirs. Our room was small and there’s no shampoo or soap. But perfectly working AC and television. We had a balcony and there’s a courtyard to chill. Would book it every time. Thank you!!

Hinta/laatusuhde ok. Lähellä keskustaa ja keskustan rantoja. Zrce-beachin klubeille matkaa 3 km. Huomioitavaa kun Zrce-beach:llä on festarit niin Novalja on TÄYNNÄ bailaavia 20 +/-5 vuotiaita nuoria ja ympäristön melutaso sen mukainen. Ana&Ita osittain remontoitu. Osittain vähän kulunut. Yleissiisteys hyvä. Ystävällinen ja avulias henkilökunta.

Leider hat meine Frau erst am Abend bemerkt, dass der Lattenrost defekt war. Versuch der Reparatur und dann in der Nach wieder das selbe Problem. Direkt an der Straße war unser Zimmer leider auch viel zu laut. Da ist meine Frau sensibel, trotz Oropax, die auch ich ins Ohr geben musste. Wohl eher ein Haus für junge Leute, die gern da Party machen.

Located near town centar, 5min walk to the beach and bus station. Apartments have everything you need and are very clean. In the lobby you can play pool or table tennis/football or just hang out. Host is very outgoing and will help with every problem. We will definitely come again.

Tolle Zimmer für einen guten Preis. Die Rezeptionistin steht einem rund um die Uhr für Fragen oder ähnliches zur Verfügung. Klare Empfehlung!

Bon emplacement à 5 min à pieds du port, avec parking donc pratique. Balcon agréable. Accueil très agréable et chaleureux d'une des 2 personnes, et un peu froid de l'autre. Chambre convenable dans l'ensemble. Quelques détails cependant : une seule chaîne TV fonctionnait, le plateau avec les tasses et verres n'était pas nettoyé à notre arrivée (miettes, traces de café...), l'eau froide du lavabo ne fonctionnait pas (attention aux brûlures). Rapport qualité/prix un peu élevé selon notre expérience en Croatie.
