The rooms are very clean however was lacking comfort and coziness. The rooms are unnecessarily big and seemed somewhat cold. I wish that the arrangement of furniture would bring more warmth to the overall feel of the room. A concrete example would be to have extra seating area, a more comfy couch, a touch of greenery or some art work that could make it feel more homey. These are first world problems that I am describing, however the price of the room in a secluded place like Venise En Québec would warrant such upgrades. Overall enjoyed my stay. Great staff, restaurant, spa and cleanliness.

Great hotel, room is very clean, luxurious, the view is stunning.

Bar/dining room was reservation only and there wasn’t much else in the area for food or drink but rooms were stunning and view was amazing

We were just stopping over. Located right by the lake. But not much to do in the area.

Great place with a nice spa and dining room

The light in the bathroom was blinking on and off and the tv in the bedroom also had a glitch, it would black out every 45 seconds or so. This was annoying. Overall the people were nice and the room was clean. We had resevations for the spa which we took advantage of. But by time we checked in at 5pm they were out of robes, we use our room robes , not the most convenient but it worked. We wanted massages but again nothing was available. I did try to schedule in August and was told i could not book that far in advance.

The property in new, clean and room was spacious. We kept looking for the accessible, single room toilet in the public areas and could not find one despite the signage. Regarding the room itself, our issue was more with Expedia who didn’t offer the accessible rooms. Despite the walk in shower in the junior suite, we would have needed the actual wheelchair roll in shower, grab bars and more space in bathroom. We wish Expedia would offer these accessible rooms and make the differentiation.

Our room was amazing. We loved all the space and the size of the balcony.

Nice and clean hotel with beautiful views

The facility was fantastic. Good view of the lake. Restaurant very good. Staff is hard to get to since they are either on long phone calls or simply not present. Room was very nice, and, was quiet for sleeping.

The only thing I don’t like it’s they don’t have a pool if we can have a spa including or half price it will be perfect thank you

Beautiful facility. We arrived right before the restaurant get closed and they still let us order room service. So welcoming at check in and immaculate room. Thank you!
