Staff were very friendly & helpful. The views from the balcony off our room, the dining & lounge area were so lovely. The pool was clean & the paths were swept regularly. Clean towels daily. The breakfast food included was just ok. Dinner meals have to be ordered in, if you don't have a vehicle, as there is nothing within walking distance. But they deliver right to your room.

Had a room number eight. Wonderful view. Overlooking the valley. The room next to us had the same view. Breakfast was cooked to order. Very nice people there. Jennifer and Brenda. The only issue was that it was difficult to get hot water though they could adjust that and did. But the water pressure was very very low. But otherwise they have a beautiful swimming pool. They're hot tub is simply a jet tub but didn't go in as

Wonderful staff but hotel is a little bit tired and is totally over priced for what it offers. Beds were unconformable and breakfast was poor. Very expensive compared to other hotels we stayed at on our trip to Costa Rica. Great views though.

It was an amazing place to stay the views stunning. Keyner Was so helpful and polite and accommodating highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rinconcito Verde! Our host was so kind and friendly! Our room had an amazing view of the valley! Breakfast was great! We would stay here again!

A beautiful place with very friendly and accommodating staff! It also has a nice looking pool and hot tub that I couldn't check out due to the weather. The landscaping is magical and offers multiple hidden seating areas. The vi we w across the valley is simply spectacular. The noise of the nearby highway can be bothersome when the semis are trucking up or down the mountain, but it's easily quieted if you shut the windows. The only drawback to my stay was the cold shower I had to take on the morning of checkout. The water was definitely hot the other days...

At a very scenic location. Pool, Cafeteria etc. are located with full view of beautiful surrounding mountains and valley.

The property was great. It was close to everything I wanted to see from Irazu to Cartago.The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again if I get back to the area. Great views!!

I could focus my review on the hotel itself which well exceeded my expectations, but instead I want to use the characters I have available to me to praise Marta and the staff at Rinconcito Verde. Marta in particular went far beyond what could reasonably be expected from a hotel manager. I think it is fair to say that she took the lemons presented to us by Enterprise rent a car and turned them into lemonade! Minus Marta's interventions our holiday in Costa Rica could have gotten off to a disastrous start. In a very real way Marta set the tone for our visit. She became the first of many Ticos we would meet who, with a quick and welcoming smile, made what can at times be the challenges of international travel completely disappear. Although I believe it to be an inadequate expression of our appreciation, thank you most sincerely Marta!

Very friendly……accommodating…..reception from William. Appreciated the early checkin because room was ready. Helped us with the jacuzzi setup. The complimentary breakfast was quite filling……had 4 choices…..delicious omelet and gallo pinto. Workers were very friendly and courteous. Beautiful setting…..lush tropical plants.

I think her name was Joanne or Joanna but she was amazing! She had to be the friendliest and most helpful front desk attendant ever. We gave her a good tip. The view is amazing and the hotel is surrounded by fauna. The rooms are not the nicest but everything else makes up for it.

Beautiful valley view at this location! Family run staff are very friendly and helpful with any issues or questions about the area. The property is very clean, and well maintained. We enjoyed the included breakfast prepared when you start your day. The property is very ecology minded, with solar water heating in the rooms and for the swimming pool. Will definitely recommend to others and return again ourselves!

It has a nice view and nice pool. Jennifer checked me in and she could not have been nicer. Breakfast was also very tasty. The property has a gate that opens directly off the street and the gate is usually closed. When you arrive you can call them to open the automated gate for you so you can pull inside.
