We had a planning faux pas and needed a room for one extra day before we went back home. The hotel that we had been staying in was roughly €500 per night. Sleep split did not have as large of a room, it was an extremely nice room with modern amenities and was only 150 euros. I highly recommend this hotel.

Outstanding accommodation with excellent attentive staff!

Hotel was so convenient to walk to The Old Town . The entry system made it feel very safe and secure. We were met and helped by staff efficiently on check-in and checkout. Room was clean, modern and very comfortable. Temperature control good!

Clean room, beautifully updated, spacious. Perfect location. Easy to walk to old town and ferry ports. markets, cafés and restaurants are all short walking distance.

Loved the Hotel and especially the Hotel staff. Driving and parking is tricky in old town split and the help guide us in and out. Above and beyond to make our vacation wonderful!

It was great being located just outside the old city wall so a car can deliver me and my suitcases to the hotel without having to walk like those that stay in the actual old city. A little grocery store, right next-door was great.

Fantastic location across the street from Old Town. Parking is available but a little complicated. Period building with a modern Hotel room. Staff was amazing and so gracious and helpful. We would stay again and highly recommend!

This was a beautiful hotel like apartment in a great location. They have an elevator if needed. It was comfy and staff was great Easy to check in and received great recommendations. Mokosh for brunch was one of them and i highly recommend it. Its beautiful. I had to ssk about our free drinks nut there wete no issues getting them. Maybe there was no vip room upgrade bc it wasn't available. Didnt matter, our room was great

Definitely recommended. We had a one bedroom apartment with kitchenette, living room and sofa bed. Two of us in the room but you could definitely fit a third person or child. The room was exactly as advertised. It is in a very old building but the company did an amazing job with the rooms renovating and keeping it clean and modernized. As for location- literally 2mins walk right into the heart of the action and the Diocletian palace walls.

Very hospitable and amazing service.

Amazing boutique apartment, a few steps away from old town. One of the advantages of being outside of the city wall, is that taxis can easily drop/pick you up in front of your apartment. Unlike inside the city walls, no cars are permitted, so you have to drag your luggage inside it. The staff here were very friendly and helpful, especially allowing us to leave our luggage and check in earlier.

The staff was wonderful they went above and beyond providing tips on dining and places to visit. The room was clean and comfortable, the hotel location is perfect just minutes away to restaurants, cafes, shopping, the Ferry Port, the Bus Terminal and the Diocletian's Palace.

Nice clean place in a good location.

The owner and his staff made sure we were well taken care of. Firstly, with the parking: as it is within the borders of the old city one cannot park and drive in all places so he ensured we got in with all our bags while he parked the car for us. The receptionist was super helpful in letting us know where the car would be, how to access it in case we needed to, informed us of all the important details like where to drop off the key as well as marked all the information on the map that was good to know. The room itself had comfortable beds and was very clean. The location was perfect as it was just outside the walls of the castle. Very convenient.

The staff were super kind and informative when it came to the area of Split and what to do. The room was super nice with very good air conditioning. They had beach towels that you could use which was a nice touch. The beds in my opinion were great beds to get some good sleep on and usually hotels do not have the best beds. Location wise, it was super close to Diocletian’s Palace and all the waterfront stores and restaurants. If I come back, this hotel will be where I will go again! 10/10
