Most staffs were friendly and helpful. Excepted one who we asked for the Korean facial thing and he asked why we didn't get it during check in like we tried to lie for it. Otherwise staffs even helped to bring our luggage up and down the stairs which they already have a notice that customer needs to do it themselves. Dinner/Breakfast took quite sometime as dinner was arranged course after course with really fancy dish arrangements. Breakfast has no meat and self serve sabu-sabu. Both meals were done in a enclosed room which I did not quite like but it was my personal preference. Train station pick up / drop off arrangement were excellent; really like the help of the drivers on our luggage.

This by far has been the best place I have stayed! The bath onsen we had was amazing! The beds were super comfortable and the food was amazing!

The Sakura room has a musky smell when we first entered. The furnishings are a little tired, but the beds are comfortable enough. The one thing we really liked was the dinner. A creative fusion of japanese-western.

Love the private onsen in the room. Friendly staff who picked us and dropped us off at the train station. And breakfast and dinner were quite good

Dinner/breakfast was great. The room came with a private bathtub overlooking the river outside. There is a cherry blossom tree right outside so I’d love to come back during the its season. I bet the view from the bathtub would be amazing. The room was a little old than expected but overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel is amazing, the food is good and the service is excellent. We went there by bus and they do provide pick up service (though there is only 15 mins walk at maximum to the hotel from bus stop) But there is not much to visit nearby... We expected to spend the whole afternoon there but turn out we got nothing to do after walking the tourist area for 1-2 hrs....

It was an interesting design of room. But we had a natuural hotspring onsen CEDAR tub in room. So refreshing to soak in it. Great japanese dinner and breakfast included.

客室はとても綺麗でした。

早餐食材還算新鲜，可惜全是素菜，一點也不吸引。酒店沒有升降机，樓梯又斜，行李要自己搬運，完全沒有服務，酒店绝對不適合老人。

譲葉のお部屋に泊まったので、色々な無料サービスに満足しました。 次回は違う部屋も泊まってみたいです！

Nice and spacious room

整った広い部屋でゆったりと過ごし、非日常感を満喫することができました　地産食材を使った料理長の創作料理にも大いに満足しました。

朝食は身体に優しいメニューで美味しく いただきました。

預訂有風呂的房間，非常寛敞。大堂休憩空間於不同時段設有小食飲品，以供享用。酒店沒有電梯，要自携上樓。

夕食朝食共に美味しく満足でしたしスタッフも気持ちの良い対応でした
