Small old room in front of train tracks.

It has the smallest rooms we have ever stayed in.

The staff were very accommodating for us.

Location is so convenient and close to station

Convenient place to stay in Yokohama station. Very close when exiting from the northeast exit (about 3 minutes). Trains a little loud depending what side of the building you’re on but I had no issues. Check out is a simple drop your card off and leave on bottom floor. Very clean and small room. Perfect for those who rather have a little more privacy than a capsule or overnight onsen.

Everything is good. It was right next to the station but still quiet. Very easy access to shops. The facilities are very clean and bed was comfortable. Ok, the room was tight but but functional.

15時からチェクインと聞き、一旦外出したが15時前に戻ったら既に多くの人がロビーでチェクイン。早くて良かったんかい。

横浜駅からのアクセスが分かりにくかった

立地は横浜駅から近く大変便利で線路沿いでしたが、電車の音も気にならず過ごせました。

横浜北口東側から徒歩２分なので コンサートのお客さんが多かった 自分もコンサートでした

朝食開始時間が遅く出発時間から朝食をとることができなかった。

すべて、自動化。省力化が進んでいる。駅に近く便利。 朝食は一階のプロントでおいしく食べられます。
