The name of the property is Pool Resort Okinawa and I was very disappointed that the pool was closed. I feel like the name is false advertisement and there are not any other amenities on the property that make it worth the price without the pool. Very disappointed.

They don't tell you on the website that your not allowed to use the pool if you have Tattoos. Unless you wear your shirt in the pool or cover yourself with bandage's. That defeated the purpose of us staying at the pool resort entirely. Won't be returning and they are more then fine with that if you are outsider.

Thin walls and right over top of the pool. Staff were excellent and friendly.

The staff was super friendly. But that was our only highlight. The pictures online are misleading don’t show the real condition of the property, which was pretty rough. The pool and hot tub were open but unusable because the water was too cold (in April). We paid for two weeks, but ended up forfeiting our second week and paid to stay somewhere else.

Clean and courteous staff. Beautiful location.

Great trip with family

Being our first trip to Okinawa this was most definitely a fabulous place to stay. We had a cottage that suited us perfectly. Although we didn't spend a lot of time there the resort was great for a nightly resting ground :)

Very friendly staff and amenities are plentiful for a great family getaway.

Pool is too small. Pictures made it look deceiving. Overall comfort in rooms is a plus, except the pool depth.

The jacuzzi was nice and the night lighting great. the private entrance into the pool from each room is a great feature

The staff were friendly and very helpful. Location is great for beach and natural areas of the north island. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Property has a central complex and 10 detached units, we were in a detached unit. It was very nice needing only one small addition. The unit sleeps 5/7 but has no place to sit down for a meal even though it has full cooking utensils and facilities. A folding table with 4-6 folding chairs would make it perfect.

Its a good Boutique style hotel. situated in a quiet neighborhood. the room is spacious. Unfortunately we cannot have a chance to use the pool because of the weather. We also borrowed cooking utensils for our dinner. Over all is great

Room wasn't cleaned while we were there. Otherwise a nice place.

隅々の清掃はイマイチでしたが、スタッフ対応は大変丁寧で良かったです。

各種紙系のストックが常備されてなくて困った 隅の方が汚かった

プール棟とトレーラーハウス棟があるのですが、プール棟に泊まりました。 とにかく湿気がひどくて、除湿エアコンかけっぱなしでした。 長期間いたら病気になるかもしれないと感じました。 部屋の中には虫（ヤスデ）がたくさんいて、期間中5匹以上は見ました。建物は大幅なリフォームか建て直しした方が良いように感じました。

壁が薄く隣の声が丸聞こえ 2階の物音が下には響く 価格が安いため上記を我慢できれば良い宿

スタッフの対応はいいが、隣の部屋の話し声が気になりました。 22時を過ぎても歌ったり、走ったり… プールのにごりも気になりましたが、塩素をたくさん入れているみたいでヌルヌルしました笑笑 虫や壁などの劣化は場所、地域的にしょうがないと思うので範囲内でした

部屋から直接利用できるプールは快適でした。

Service is poor and the staff are not willing to help! Disappointed!
