The staff throughout the facility was excellent. We had reserved a room with a King bed, upon arrival we were told that wasn't available. The person at the front desk was outstanding and made compensations for the lack of the King. The room was better (two queens) and the upgrade to breakfast was great. My wife was not happy with the lack of grab/safety bars on the tub. Maybe next time we will opt for another room with these features.
Thank you for a great place and exceptional staff.
Blaine Brown former resident of Palo Cedro.

Beautiful location only issue I had was the door didn’t shut when I left so I came back and only had to push my door open.

The plug in next to the bed for charging phone did not work at all.

Great location next to the sundial bridge. We were able to check in early and start our relaxing get away earlier than expected. Scooters available for rent near by to get around. Restaurants was great for our get away with a full bar and delicious food options. Walking distance to the bridge and garden.

Cheap thin toilet paper and $14 to park. Sad for such a pricey place

Third floor breakfast was disappointing, it was nice to have the option if you’re on a budget or in a hurry
Adding fresh brewed coffee would be plus. Eggs could use ham or cheese in it, potatoes were dry, oatmeal overcooked,
other wise great stay overall

Great spot. A little pricy, but excellent location to the Sundial Bridge, Turtle Bay, fly fishing the Sacramento River, and any event at the Redding Civic Auditorium. Quick access to I-5, Hwy.44 and 299.

My first experience at a Sheraton. We were "upgraded" to executive level. We had a room on the third floor. One would think an expensive hotel like this would be laid out better. The ice machine on our floor was very difficult to find after walking down the endless corridor. The "breakfast buffet" in he Club Sheraton was the worst I have ever had. They say they have room service from the Mosaic restaurant but when I scanned the QR code (the only way to get any info from the room) for the menu, it said they were closed and would reopen at 5. I don't care, I just want to view your freakin menu. Would I stay here again? Not on your life. Tooo expensive for what you get. Hampton inn all the way for me.
