Friendly staff, great location, good value

Cosy room but functional. Ideal location for trains and walking into city centre. Staff very helpful . Recommend cocktail bar next door !

Perfect location. Staff really friendly & helpful. Room was fine although WiFi was quite slow and a fair bit of noise heard when adjoining rooms were using showers but not enough to warrant complaining as you'll always have a bit of noise in a hotel.

Very kind staff quickly and graciously resolved a cleaning anomaly with the room originally assigned. Rooms are simple but comfortable. Not a new or fancy place but excellent location.

Friendly and informative reception staff

Room incredibly small. TV didn't work until we had someone come up to fix. Very dated. Bathroom is just a glass box in the room - no privacy. No area to hang up clothes or even put your suitcase. Very tired. For the price paid not worth the stay.

Very good location. Basic but clean room. Friendly staff.

The room is bizarre. Bathroom is a fishbowl, bed hard as a rock, tiny pillows, no conditioner or lotion, no washcloths, freezing when we got there and took a while to warm up.
