Tidak Ada Staf yang Ramah. Mulai masuk dari pintu Lobby ketemu Staf Kasirnya hingga staf jaga resto breakfastnya. Mudah-Mudahan ke depan ada kemajuan.

Room 306 toilet seat broken, others are quite satisfactory. Recommended for couples.

The first is that it doesn't match the picture, then the water turns yellow when you use a heater, there's not enough tea spoon, when you want to take a shower in the morning the water doesn't run fast. The water was running fast when I wanted to check out, the duvet was upside down.

Kebersihan kamar lumayan, tapi di handuk saya ada semut merah jadi badan bentol-bentol, semoga di tingkatkan lagi kebersihan dari keseluruhan kamar ya, kulkas juga masih ada sampah bekas kantong makanan.

The toilet doesn't work properly, the atmosphere in the room is very, very noisy, rest is very disturbed because of the sound of dragging tables and chairs that don't stop above the room, not yet the sound of motorbikes going to the parking lot. Breakfast is not recommended.

Overall not bad lah. Only the bulbs died 2 seeds were not replaced. So it's a bit dark in the room

The rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable, the employees are friendly, just to make us enjoy. Oh yes, the price is very murce for a hotel with many of these facilities.
