The air conditioning in my room was broken, and the windows did not open.
I asked the receptionist for help and they refused to change my room “due to capacity” and offered me a small fan.
Needless to say that was not enough to cool the room down.
There was also a problem with my TV that kept switching itself off randomly.
To compensate they offered a complimentary breakfast and late checkout.
Good gesture but not enough to compensate a sleepless night.
