Poor room service, outdated bathroom facilities, simple and unappetizing breakfast, and indifferent staff. Advantages: Good view, parking available, elevator. 1. Stayed two nights in a 4-person room with family. Paper cups and 4 green tea bags were provided, but no coffee packets. The room trash wasn't cleaned or towels changed the next day; we forgot to remind them and didn't inquire. The toilet facilities were old, lacked a separate shower area, had no bidet toilet, and the defogger mirror was broken. The bathroom floor was very slippery after showering; be careful not to slip. 2. Breakfast was simple and unappetizing. The main dishes were only porridge and white toast, with one stir-fried vegetable and egg dish. Everything else was canned sauces; there was no milk, juice, black tea, or soy milk. The three types of push-button beverage machines were very sweet, which none of my family liked. The coffee was also from an old-fashioned machine, with a creamer container and a sugar container. 3. The room had no refrigerator, and there were ants. Leftover cut fruit was crawling with ants the next morning. We hope the resort can improve its breakfast and room facilities, enhance room cleaning, and maintain the enthusiasm and friendliness of its staff, so as not to disappoint the beautiful scenery in front of the resort.
