Friendly staff and helpful, great view from room

We had a most amazing stay at Shoji Lake Hotel! All the staff members including the owner himself were all extremely welcoming and helpful! They all greeted us with warm smiles and were so kind, top notch service! The rooms were also spacious and also you have a stunning view of both Mt. Fuji and also Lake Shoji. They also have an outside bath with Mt. Fuji view and don't miss the rooftop! We love the ambiance and homey feeling and its less crowded than other areas, will definitely come back! Thank you all for the warm hospitality!

One of the best place where we stayed in. Although quite far from kawaguchiko station, the staff were soo incredible. The room is yaa fine.
