The location is very close to Hamam Matsucho Station. The room is quite soundproof so that it is not disturbed by noise from other rooms. Check-in and check-out is easy. Many food places around it.

Easy check in and check out. You can reach this hotel by 5 minutes walking from Hamamatsucho Station. There are washing machine and dryer in the triple room. But, don't expect them to make up your bed everyday or change your linen, because they have rules that they only take your trash and change your towel if you stay there less than 7 days.

It's more like an apartment than a hotel. Check-in and Check out was very practical . Though we have a quit inconvenience experience. They have a certain policy to access the main door in the lobby and didn't tell us earlier. Above that case, everything was awesome. Especially the location. Very near to JR Hamamtsucho which have a monorail station to Haneda airport
