located in front of Toyama Station and Dentetsu Toyama Station so it is very easy to access if you want to go to Tateyama Kurobe Alpine The room is quite spacious

I stayed here for 5 days and was given a room with a view of the snowy mountains.

Friendly staff, want to go to Tokyo 2 hours to Kyoto 2 hours to Hakuba 1 hour close to everywhere

For Indonesians who want to reach all Japanese cities. Suitable to stay at Toyama Inn Shinkansen 2. Location in front of the station, easy to eat, bus across, taxi. Close to snow places such as Tateyama, Nagano station. Highly recommend this hotel, it's cheap and you can eat. I will definitely come back again

The hotel is really the best, the location is next to Toyama station, the rooms are comfortable, clean, the price is worth it, from near the hotel there is a bus that goes directly to Shirakawago, you can book it before the trip using the application.

Nice location, just across the road beside the train station. The staff was really accommodating on the check-in process. Can check-in by yourself at the machine but the staff will help if we clueless on how to use it.

Strategic location, but unfortunately when I ordered, the non-smoking room option was sold out, so I was forced to get a smoking room, which was less comfortable. But overall it's ok

Smooth check in, Comfort Non-Smoking Room. Quiet good enough Breakfast. It just hard to communicate with Toyoko Inn Shinkansen 2 Team through phone since nobody speak english during my call & nobody reply through our email. Beside that everything is good 😁.

Location was great. Hotel staff were super helpful and nice. We lost something on the train and they helped us contacted the station officer (since our numbers can't make a call). Thank you for your superb service!

The hotel is clean with a varied breakfast. Overall satisfied staying in this hotel because the rooms are very clean and not too narrow.

Located right across Toyama station & Dentetsu Toyama station (if you’re planning to go to Tateyama). 7/11, Family Mart & Lawson nearby. Room was clean and a bit more spacious than what we expected (still a bit small though, but great for Japan’s standard). Would recommend to choose Twin instead of double. Breakfast was a bit like school cafetaria but decent.

The location of the hotel is very close to the station and shopping center. Clean and comfortable rooms and facilities, reasonable prices.
