A very convenient hotel for myself as a businessman.

The room is very clean, although it's not spacious.

Impressive! Although the room is small, but it's very clean.

The place close with station but not in city centre, the hotel need to hiring staff who able to speak English instead of google translate, the misunderstanding happened and make wasting our time, the room with smoking room really smell uncontrollably I need to open the window all the time. Overall need more improvement.

Nice hotel! Bed is comfortable and room has quite some space. Minus point is that the closest JR station to this hotel (Bakurocho) doesn't have elevator access so it will be quite a problem when you have big luggage. To get an elevator access you have to walk a bit further. And make sure you go to the right APA hotel as there are so many in that area.

Receptionist very very helpful. One of our belongings was lost while traveling on the train to Tokyo, the staff helped call and follow up to the JR Office and helped patiently and kindly. Our family is very satisfied! Too bad access to the metro station there are no escalator stairs or elevators. So we had to lift very heavy luggage through the stairs. Very troublesome.

To many dust on the bed and bedcover, dust everywhere.
