Cleanliness and service was spectacular.

Excellent!

I recently stayed at Hotel Capital and had an incredible experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist. The room was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay.

Starting the check-in process with this company is an exercise in how little they can do while making you jump through unnecessary hoops. Apparently, accessing the property now requires downloading yet another app—because who doesn’t love filling up their phone with pointless apps? Fine, I got over that. Things were fine until check-out when they tried to charge me €30 for "inappropriate use of a towel." Who knew there were towel usage rules? I guess I missed the memo on international towel etiquette. Apparently, after stepping in dog feces and using a hand towel to clean off my hand, I violated some unspoken standard. But the real kicker? They accused me of something far more unsanitary, as if the staff had taken it upon themselves to police how guests use towels. Then came the claim that it made the maid "uncomfortable." Why anyone was digging through my pile of dirty, wet towels is beyond me, but apparently, that’s part of their job. It felt like they were just looking for any excuse to tack on an extra fee, especially given how low their rates were. Who knew staying at a budget-friendly place would come with a lecture on towel propriety and a surprise charge for using one like a normal human?

Quality hotel in good area for reasonable price

The location and the staff are the highlights of this hotel. While the room was spacious, it could have been cleaner. I would recommend for 1-2 nights

Everything about this hotel is great except for the breakfast. This may just be my opinion because I am use to more choices.

Everything was perfect. The only problem is parking, but there are garages close by.

The property was in an excellent location for the city central area and walkable to many places. It is well-appointed with quite large rooms and good bathroom. Bed was comfortable and large. Breakfast offers a good choice of dishes but the selection of bread could be better. It offers good value for money.

The hotel had a great central location in the Belgrade old town. It was in the pedestrian only area of old town about 150 meters (500 ft) or so from a road you can drive on. The bathroom was a nice size. The bed was very firm which is common in Europe. I didn't care for the bedding, but it was functional. Breakfast was okay. It was more of a Turkish style breakfast. I really like American breakfasts which they did not have. The hotel restaurant was a Turkish restaurant. I tried it once for dinner and it was excellent.

Nice little hotel in the center of the old Belgrade.

Great central location making it easy to walk around the old part of town, but parking nearby if required. Rooms were spacious, clean and well-equipped.

The hotel was so cute! The staff was friendly and helpful and it is very centrally located.

Amazing hotel with the best locatin and best staff

Nice, small hotel with excellent location in the center. Rooms are big, nice shower. Overall very good but the mattress and pillows were too hard. Small advice: you have great shampoo, gel and soup in the big dispensers. You don’t need additional the small bottles- cut down plastic and waste 😊

Great location, modern look and feel. The bed is very comfortable. Bathroom could have been cleaner and housekeeping wasn’t great. They never changed our dirty glasses or tidied up our room properly.

Wonderfully helpful staff with excellent English, large comfortable room, walking distance to Kalemegdan Park, river and lots of good cheap cafés.

Great hotel, clean rooms. Only major inconvenience is that it is located in a pedestrian area. So no access to cars and taxis. A major problem if you have travel bags with you
