I would give the stuff and service 5 stars but there’s a recepcionista made me very uncomfortable … Eu Daria 5 estrelas para os funcionários e serviços mas por causa de uma recepcionista me deixou muito desconfortável eu deixei 4 estrelas. A gerenciamento tem que selecionar melhores os funcionários e deixar bem esclarecido que irão trabalhar com todo tipo de publico.

Very clean, quiet, has AC , front desk super nice, and it is in the city mall- you park inside the mall parking and they validate your park- parking is free and safe. They also have a great breakfast . Just off the freeway - via dutra- very convenient - new hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The girl who checked me in was very nice and she speaks English so she was very helpful to me.

The front desk is understaffed in the busy hours and overstaffed in the quiet hours. The internet quality is not good.

Very convenient location, right next to the city shopping mall.The staff is very friendly. The dining area is good but I think that the price for the breakfast should be cheaper.

The hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. The mattress wasn’t the greatest, and not having hand towels available is a real pain. We won’t be staying in Ibis again because of the towels and having to pay extra for breakfast and parking.

The rooms are clean, basic, and have everything one needs for an overnight stay. The breakfast has plenty of fresh, delicious items. The mall next door has food, shopping, and even a movie theater.

Fica entre Aparecida do Norte e Canção Nova! Havan, um pequeno Shopping e um grande supermercado estão bem proximo do hote.l. um café da manhã saboroso! Pet friendly! Só falta dois itens: tapete higiênico e sacolinha de plástico para recolher fezes dos pets. Sei que o tutor deveria levar mas quase sempre é esquecido . Gosto muito de estar neste hotel ibis da rede Accor. Tem duas categorias num mesmo prédio. Budget super econômico e style com frigobar. É só escolher ! Super recomendo!

Excelente. Dentro de um complexo com Shopping, Supermercado, Havan e um memorial do Padre Léo. Estacionamento disponível, pago,mas isento para hóspedes. Excelente estadia.

Indico a estadia no IBIS hotel, quarto confortável, banheiro espaçoso, chuveiro excelente, frigobar, ar condicionado, mto confortável, estacionamento e wi-fi. A única reclamação é que o café da manhã não é incluso. Mas super indico e retornarei outras vezes.

Foi ótima a experiência, quarto de bom tamanho com duas camas e um banheiro grande. Chuveiro maravilhoso com muita água e bem quente. Café da manhã muito sortido e gostoso! Eu recomendo!

Dessa vez me hospedei no primeiro andar, e a única coisa que não gostei foi a cama, estava com pés improvisados e era menor do que as camas dos outros quartos que me hospedei antes.
