Great hotel convenient and comfortable for an impromptu visit to Cardiff.

Lovely stay for one night. Room excellent. Very clean. Staff on reception really polite and helpfull. Very nice breakfast

Hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Very clean with daily room service, and central to Cardiff centre. I would definitely stay here again! Personal preference is that I would chose a room with a view.

The hotel is located in an arcade with some curious art work on the walls. It was quite difficult to spot when negotiating the roads with sat nav and with taxis zooming in and out. We were disappointed with parking - £14 after discount for 3 hrs. The first room we were given was a nice room but no view. It had frosted glass and had a king size bed. I washed my hands. The water would not go down the sink and all black bits came out of the plug hole. I removed the plug to see if I could clear the problem the plug hole was totally blocked with gunge. Disgusting. I called reception they could not sort the sink but we could move rooms. We were then offered a much smaller room with a double bed. We have IHG membership which states upgrades etc. available. I asked if there was a possibility of a room with a kingsize bed - the same as the first one - no but we were offered another room which was virtually the same as the second room. Neither room had views of anything other than other bedrooms. The sink worked so we stayed in this room. The shower etc. had small black mould patches growing on parts around it. Considering that the hotel was in the middle of Cardiff, it was very quiet, which was good - probably because the window just backed on to other rooms. The breakfast buffet was good and other items such a poached eggs could be requested. We were not told that there was free on street parking between 8 pm on Saturday evening and 10 am just a short distance away.

Lovely room with a quick and easy check in and out process. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise from the corridor throughout the night and early morning, mainly doors banging so we didn't sleep well.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay perfect location and a great breakfast!

Perfect location at city centre, friendly staff & lovely room

Staff went above and beyond for us. It was our wedding weekend and they made the trip so memorable. I can’t thank them enough for everything. Super comfy beds and also chill upstairs roof bar

A hotel that ticks all the boxes!! Excellent.

This hotel is really great, the rooms are quirky and trendy, bathrooms are spotless and the staff are all super friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great. All in all it has a 5 star feel to it but it’s also very reasonably priced. Lastly, It is very central and convenient, we always use this hotel when we are in Cardiff.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly at check in. Rooms were stylish and clean. The bathroom was done to a very high standard with plenty of toiletries available.

This was in a perfect location. Only .7 miles from the rail station. Walkable. Many restaurant choices and gun shopping. Hotel has kind staff. Very helpful. Room is comfortable and clean.

Lovely hotel. Found the room to be a bit too warm and no natural daylight. Comfy beds. Quality bathroom, Great decor. Excellent breakfast. I recommend and will staybagain too.

stayed plentiful of times staff are always top notch the hotel is comfy cosy and quiet with it's own unique welshness to it ,beds and pillows are really comfy excellent shower aswell
