Excellent choice if you want to enjoy center of Cunda, port and all restaurants. Hotel 1 mn walking from center, parking included. Room very clean, functional. Nice garden behind, very quiet. Personal and service just exceptional. Nothing bad to say, very good people. Congrats for it. If I have to criticize something, perhaps internet connection not stable. 100% recommended.

The hotel doesn't hold its promise at all. Our experience started with the room not being ready at 2.30pm, the staff was unprofessional and some of them were rude to us not willing to talk at all. My room didn't have blankets, no cleaning was done during our stay, we ordered a third bed for one of the rooms and it wasn't there until we asked a third time in the evening. In the morning some staff members were being served before some guests and smoking next to us while some people were still waiting for their food. All in all the current ratings are absolutely not deserved and most probably fake a part from the location this hotel is not worth it at all.

We discovered this hotel three years ago while looking for a place to stay in Cunda. It was so comfortable, and the staff were so attentive, that I didn't look anywhere else but Elia when I came to Cunda this weekend. The food is delicious, and the rooms aren't huge, but they have comfortable beds and layout. I also loved the bathroom slippers; you'll see what I mean when you visit. The garden is delightful, and you'll enjoy your coffee and tea. Cunda city center is a four-minute walk away, and there's a market right next to the hotel. We didn't need to use our car during the weekend, which is really important for those visiting from the big city. By the way, they have contracted parking lots, and you can park your car for free. In short, we enjoyed every moment. Thank you.
